I came to this resort for the weekend and just got back tonight. Im quite disappointed with the mountaon and looking forward to staying in at our airbnb instead for the duration of our trip. We came for the supposed amazing terrain parks but came to horrid snow conditions (dirt slowing you down everywhere) and many of the features were not groomed and even your basic flatrail became sketch by 5pm. Facilities and food court were quite above par but at the end of the day we are there to shred. Two stars.

Went for a wedding. They knocked on our door at 8 am both mornings asking if we planned on checking out early. When we woke up and started walking to the door the housekeeping opened the door and walked right in. Additionally, the couple we rode up with had a brand new Jeep with under 1,000 miles and when we got it back from valet there were food scraps in it and it smelled like stale food.

They charge an arm and a leg and have the worst service of any customer service business imaginable. Bob Nutting thought he would get a casino when he bought this place and when he didn't he became a petulant child to get the money he lost out on. Used to be great. Became a nightmare. Drive another 45 minutes to snoshoe where they value their patrons. P.s. Dick barron is a sellout!

Recently visited 7Springs for a work conference and I really enjoyed my stay. From the cozy cabin feel to the beautiful holiday decorations being put up all over the resort. I especially wanted to thank the staff for being so diligent about helping me get my luggage returned to me. After being 'iced' and snowed in unexpectedly I accidently left my luggage in the lobby; only realizing it when I arrived home 5hrs later. Thank you so much 7Springs, I will return with my family!!!

Nice rooms, I had one with a queen bed, a sitting area, and a balcony with a lovely view of the mountain. I was there for a corporate event, and the facility staff was helpful and accommodating.

In January, couldn't even get to the resort on the snowiest day. They didn't clean the roads on what likely was the biggest ski day of this season. So many vehicles were stuck and so many people had to turn around.

I have been riding here a few times a week for the last 12 years and have been a pass holder the majority of those years. This year will probably be the last year i purchase a pass because of price increases, in which they change nothing and make the mountain somehow less friendly every year. I feel sorry for any family that has to shell out a entire paycheck just for a day on the mountain. The snow report is never accurate, DIck Barron claims 4 inches of fresh snow and 2 inches of machine made, meanwhile they may have received a trace of snow, and made snow in one area of the hill. The parks gave the mountain a good reputation, but have been in downward spiral and are no where near what they could be or were a few years ago. Parking is ridiculous, and the staff has no idea what they are doing . During the week they keep the north gate entrance closed for no apparent reason, just to make you drive an extra mile to get into the resort. Ski Patrol constantly harasses people to see their passes, less people would sneak on the mountain without lift tickets if they dropped the prices to something more reasonable. Also threaten to pull passes or lift tickets if you ski off the trail. Claim its for safety but make you sign a waiver saying you are responsible for your safety and not them. All and all if your planning a trip with your family, drive a couple hours south to snow shoe or north to holiday valley. You will get a far better experience for your money.

Great local ski resort. We stayed at stone ridge condos which had ski in/out. Bathrooms needs updating. Decent amount of trails. Big half pipe and terrain park. We brought our own food, so did not eat at the lodge much. Lodge food prices are pretty high but thats expected. Pizza place at lodge is horrible, avoid that. But overal skiing and condos were nice.

Tucked in the beautiful mountains. Do visit and have lunch or dinner always fantastic. Have a cocktail and enjoy the fresh air. Spend a night or weekend in the chalets hotel or condos. I have stayed many of times and I really enjoy the condos at the top. Morning fresh air and coffee on the deck.

Went for Friday night seafood buffet. Food was just okay, but the service was terrible. Dirty dishes piled up on the table. Drinks were NOT refreshed. 20% gratuity was charged even though only a party for 4. Unless you took the crab legs the $46 price was NOT worth it.

We've been getting ski passes for the season for the past 3 years - we very much enjoy the resort, slopes etc. The food is good but the prices are steep... buuut name me a ski resort that isn't over priced? All in all - we enjoy our winters spent at seven springs.

Fun trip, weird atmosphere. Half of the resort activities were closed due to the pandemic. Outdoor activities were our main ibterest in visiting, but unfortunately it rained and would have been miserable. We made the best of it and still had fun enjoying the beautiful view from our room. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely worth another visit once everything opens back up.

A fun ski resort. Price isn t bad and the snow was nice in the morning when we went. There are a lot of good hills for learning to ski and enough challenging ones to entertain experienced skiers

We went for the food trucks event and fireworks. It would have been nice but there were to many people. You had to wait for at least 45 minutes or more to get your food and some places were running out by 6:30 PM. The cocktail lines were also extremely long. They sold to many tickets. We didn't even stay for the fireworks. Next time they should sell less tickets.

I planned a two day get a way for my family and figured 7 Springs was a great choice. I didn't expect the resort to be operating 100% and I did confirm what was open/closed prior to booking and arriving. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. We were there for 5 hours before we checked out. Only one restaurant was open. The Market closed by 6:00 PM. The resort obviously has low occupancy now, but the people staying there need to have some options. The food not worth the prices and the service wasn't good, for what you pay to stay at 7 Springs and at the Bavarian Restaurant. The bar tender at the pool was really nice and so was the employee at the front desk when we checked out, 5 hours after arriving. Those two employees got this review the second star. If you're considering staying at 7 Springs now, don't. Maybe pay $12 per person to go to the pool (the non-guest fee) or the do the day of activities and head home. I also did not observe any COVID-19 cleaning practices while we were there. One group left a table and another quickly sat down. Majority of guests were wearing masks in the required areas, but many weren't. Staff weren't always wearing masks appropriately, either, when engaging with guests. We did get a refund for our two-night stay.

We came to golf and rest. Although the weather was not cooperative, I do want to thank the facility staff to their attentiveness to my celiac disease. I have had it diagnosed for 40 years now, and the hardest, most frustrating part of vacation is finding food. Loved the bread, really loved the pasta bar. Loved the labeling and the awareness and courtesy of your dining room staff. Thank you.

Seven Springs has a good variety of slopes and trails for every skill level. Unfortunately everything there is priced very high. You will pay around $60 dollars for a nice lunch for two people and the staff is pretty crappy.

Is a very nice resort with lots of activities! But most of the activities end at 5pm, so if you go it's best to stay there a few days. If you're only there for one day you end up not being able to do everything which can make it less fun! Also their mini golf and arcade are a little run down, with almost no supervision or staff to help out

My 13 yr old son and I went to the Seven Springs downhill bike park for the first time. We had a good time and would be willing to return if it wasn't so expensive. It was $340 for the two of us for a day which included full day lift passes, rental bikes, rental helmets, and rental knee/shin guards. The signage was also lacking for bike related activities. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked direct questions but didn't offer up any unsolicited advice to us even though they knew we had never been there before. Personally carrying bikes on the lift was difficult and very unsettling at first.

I would say the trails were generally well laid out and fun. There was a good mixture of flowy and technical obstacles. Most of the big obstacles had options to ride around them although it wasn't always clear how. There were some unmarked surprises that could have been trouble (green trail rerouted onto a blue and a black diamond trail with what should have been a double black drop in).

I could see how this place would be much better if we were season pass holders with our own bikes and gear. However, as a first experience and renters it left a lot to be desired in terms of value, ease of use, and safety.

Food was over done and our Waitress really didn't care. Said that our " burger must have gotten mixed up with others" and she gave us the bill like that was just to bad for us. At those prices it was to bad for her!!

Best local ski area. Very expensive to stay there but if you have the money, it is great. Slope side rooms and decks are available and there is an awesome breakfast buffet. Indoor pool, bowling, exercise room, laundromat, etc. Ski package bundles make it nice.
You can however stay and eat cheaper about 10 or more miles away, for less than half of what you pay at the resort, even with the ski package if going with others.
