The prices are becoming to high and the festival/activities are too much in price and also do not have much to offer. One thing I did notice is that you can get the salad bar while you are at the timbers restaurant which is a great value.

Enjoyed the skiing but experience with staff at lodge was mediocre at best. Front desk worked hard at upsell and was not forthcoming on the current deals we had heard about when we called ahead. Even after paying for a package it was not clear what we were getting. Concierge was eating lunch at the desk and seemed bothered when we asked a question. Finally, trucks were busy working outside the hotel with lots of noise throughout the night.

The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are outdated and I am a senior and short. The beds are ridiculously high. Very difficult to get in and out. Wasn't crazy about the food. Over priced and not that great.

Winter Wonderland...excellent snow conditions. Went into Foggy Goggle a little to late on a week day..their grill was closed for the evening. A waitress stopped by the table we were sitting and explained where we could get something to eat. A security guard that was standing by, said he would actually go get us a menu from foggy brews. He was back in a minute and we got to enjoy a bite to eat and some cold adult drinks. I say he went above and beyond his job duties to make sure we were taken care of.

Best skiing in the Mid Atlantic area. From Annapolis it's about 3 hours if no traffic. Best skiing withing 5 hours of the DMV area. Great bars and restaurants. Expensive to stay there but it has an indoor pool, hot tubs that u have to rent which is a little weird. Small bowling alley, huge arcade, lots of other stuff to do.
They have a ton of trails and park features. The lifts are fast. Really good skiing and snowboarding. Better than wisp.

Beautiful resort! Great views. So much to do! Great for families! They had a bunch of restaurants on site and stores. The buffet they had was very good. I liked that they offered a variety of options. Very clean. Staff was exceptional!

Skied here since I was 5, it used to be awesome. Last trip ended early with a clipped ticket and a lot of confusion. On a night ski run down north face I started in the center but favored the left side and came across a patrol who stopped me and clipped my ticket before even talking. Not knowing what I did wrong he informed me that the left side was closed for night skiing and that there were signs posting it. These signs were only at the top of the slope and I never had a chance to see them. Being a rule follower, I would have never skied there had I known. I felt setup, like a victim of a sting operation. The robot ski patrol had no sympathy or understanding of the situation and was rude and condescending. It was early in the Night ski so it made the overpriced ticket even worse. It ruined my ski trip and the other's in my group. No plans on ever coming back. Now I spend my money on less but better skiing farther away. One star only because I can't give zero.

So much fun here. The new owners have put some money back in to this place and you can tell. Fun weekend getaway just to get a bite to eat. The game room, although for kids, can be an awesome past time for adults too. Love feeding the trout and just checking out what's going on. Lots of fun when there is an event going on.

So much to do at 7springs all year long! Great place to go with or without kids. The kids have gotten great lessons through the ski school which has made a huge difference. Lines can get long BUT I feel safe and not rushed when I am with/without the kids. Plenty of food choices for each meal. The rooms and service were great.

Prices went up compare to what it was couple years back. There is no evening session, so you can't ski in affordable manner for little over 40 dollars. Now you have to pay almost 80 dollars for whole day. It's not worth, assuming that hills are not that high and trip up to the hill takes much more time, then skiing down the hill.
Neither me nor my friends going there anymore. I wish current owners sell it to someone better.

I try to go here at least once a year. It doesn't match the resort out west or VT. But for about a 4 hour trip outside the DC area. It is one of the nicer resorts. It is wide enough to keep people spread out.

The staff is very nice. But the place is way too crowded and there are too many unsupervised teenage punks which makes it absolutely not a place if you just want to find somewhere peaceful and quiet for skiing.

Great ski area about 3hr west from DC/Baltimore, short drive from Pittsburgh. It's further out from DC than Whitetail, but it has more slopes and facilities---more of a ski resort feel rather than a straight ski slope. Unfortunately, in those warmer year 2017, snow was scarce even in mid-January: only man-made snow on the slopes. They did have all the lifts open, and the snow conditions were passable---a little bit of packed ice but also some loose carving snow.
The weekend ticket price of mid-$80s still shocks me---I grew up skiing at least one week each season. I don't know how will the next generation of skiers turn up---I could not afford that much skiing today. Maybe global warming will solve this problem :(.

this place is a complete and total dump. i cant believe how run down it is. noone is even around for me to ask questions, and most restaurants (if you can even find a restaurant? ) is closed. my father came 46 years ago, he is with me now and said it hasnt changed. so thats what your dealing with. the condo we are staying in is very nice inside though they are remodeling outside and start at 7:00 am every morning with the hammers, drills ,etc. were supposed to leave monday but will be leaving saturday. cant wait to get home. save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. youll be happy you did.

Along with Snowshoe in West Virginia, this is the best ski resort in the Mid-Atlantic. While not offering the most vertical, it makes up for it with excellent snow making and overall trail maintenance that few other areas can match.

Went here on a free trip with my girlfriendbthat she got for working at Sheetz for 5 years. I can't comment on the price, but the activities were very fun. We spent a lot of time in the arcade just messing around. Definitely a good time. We went in the summer so I don't know how the skiing is, but the slopes look nice.

Compared with real slopes out west or even Blue Knob in central PA, this place is an expensive joke. I stopped going a couple years ago when I almost ran into a huge ball of ice with my snowboard on the slope. Not that it was an exception. The slopes are filled with ice usually, and little to be said for fresh powder. I don't regret missing it the last couple years because they only keep increasing the lift prices. For what? As it is, they should be half of what they are.

We loved staying at 7 Springs. The staff was super nice and helpful! We booked a few days prior to going, and the staff helped us book our first skiing trip. They even helped us book the ski rentals and skiing lesson. The room was clean and spacious. We booked one with the mountain view side. The resort has restaurants as well, and other things to do as a family. Other than skiing, we also enjoyed snow tubing. It was easy to go around the resort using their shuttle service (just ask for a shuttle where you are) and you can charge things to your room. Great place for the value!! We will definitely come back!

Pricey unless you pre plan. But most important their snow groomers know what they are doing! You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs! Great for everyone in the family even if you don't ski or snowboard.

Good for a DMV getaway. Surprised how long some of the runs are. Must be an amazing resort when all trails are open. Great for families and those learning to hit the slopes. Bar isn t too bad either. Hoping to come back this season.

VERY nice place. Lodges are more than decent. Many routes to snow board and way cool terrain parks with grind rails and jumps. **My bud busted his melon and needed a helicopter ride to the hospital. Jean was the first aid medic on site. They all did a good job getting my dude to the chopper so they could rush him to the hospital for a busted nugget assessment. He's cool now. We'll be back next season.

P.s. helmets..........

It gets pricey, but you get what you pay especially in the service. The young people working there are really helpful and try to make your visit as great as possible.
The Easter brunch is outstanding one of the best we have ever visited.

The skiing was great this past weekend at your resort. I have been to Seven Springs several times in the past with my family and we always have a great time. I was there on 3/23 and 3/24. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience that really disappointed me in how the guests were treated. After the special event you held there with skiers trying to skim across the two pools of water, your staff decided to empty the two giant pools and let the water run down the steps and through the eating area where a bunch of your guests, including my family and me, were trying to order food, eat, and sit and relax. The water gushed down the steps, through the eating area where many people started to complain about their shoes, pants, and boots getting soaked while they were in line trying to purchase food. Then as children tried to run through the tidal wave of water, guests who were eating were getting splashed by dirty water. You are very lucky no one got hurt walking down the steps or in the eating area as I am sure you would have a law suit on your hands. I saw one woman's suede boots get completely soaked and she was fuming. This was not just a little bit of water; this was a fast-moving, flowing river of water that was several inches deep. I am shocked that you would think so little of your guests as to choose to empty the pools while they were there spending money at your resort. I took it as a total disregard for the comfort and welfare of your guests. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Okay service, but EXTREMELY expensive food, spa, vending machines, and shops. Pillows and mattresses were "okay", but there were hardly any outlets for charging phones, etc. Beautiful views, however.

This place is a complete joke. Their customer service is horrible everyone is extremely rude and not welcoming at all. The security are jerks the place kinda smells and is extremely old looking and looks like it hasn't gotten any updates since the 90s. The front desk can't get anything right and the waiters act like everything you're asking them to do is a hassle to them. The skii rentals take forever to get your gear and the workers behind the counter are just plain rude. The rooms are horrible, there is no fans or heat so it makes the air circulation non extisant and there isn't even WiFi unless you go to the lobby. Everything is outrageously price for the quality of this place, I would just spend a little extra money and go somewhere else next time because this place is a hell hole. Very poorly managed, you can tell they gave up a long time ago.

I ve been a regular visitor to Seven Springs for t...

I ve been a regular visitor to Seven Springs for the past 10 years. I've continued supporting this resort by having the kids go thru the "Tiny Tot's" program and by taking my wife for mostly annual overnight visits to celebrate our Anniversary. No more.

Last weekend, I made reservation in the hotel realizing that the conditions on the slopes would not be ideal. My wife/daughter decided to go tubing. My son wanted to ski. I wasn't sure about the conditions on this slopes so I went out of my way to ask three different representatives working at the resort (including the customer service representative who had a copy of the day s mountain conditions at the hotel and the ski rental representative we purchased our lift tickets from) and all told me conditions were just fine.

After paying $69.00 for lift tickets for myself and my son ($138 total) and another $40 rental fee for my son's ski rentals we hit the slopes at 2:30pm last Saturday afternoon. After less than 2 hours on North Face side of the mountain they shut down the far chair lifts. No problem I thought - we'd just hit the front side. But then we found out they shut all but the far left lift on the front side of the mountain leaving us to just a few runs to hit the remainder of the afternoon/evening.

I complained about this following my visit and the Ski Rental Manager (Ron) agreed about the "less than ideal situation" indicating he'd transfer my call. Well my call was transferred alright - they disconnected me. So I send a couple emails to Customer Service and the Social Media Manager contacts me advising the conditions were good in the morning but by 1pm the heat quickly deteriorated the conditions to slush. This is true and all I asked was compensation for spending all the $ (not only this past weekend but over the past decade) on the $138 lift tickets and his only response was free lift tickets for another weekend "this Winter". I informed him the Winter is over and is there any way I could be provided a discount or tickets for next season (when they'd be able to get even more money out of my wallet for another family visit) and he never replied.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE! The conditions on the slopes are not worth the hard earned money.

I m all for supporting local businesses (I reside near Pittsburgh and am a small business owner) but what they are charging the public for lift tickets is simply not worth it. My suggestion is to hit another resort that still does value their customers as that is what I plan on doing with my family moving forward. Shame on Seven Springs going for the quick buck. You got it out of me this time but not again after the less than satisfactory response from management.

I told the Manager I'd be sharing my response (and less than satisfactory experience for being overcharged) and will continue to do so in my circle of friends, business owners and online so this will not be any surprise to him or the rest of the folks at Seven Springs.

A great outdoors experience. Plenty to do. I enjoyed clay pigeon shooting, fishing, horseback riding, zip lining and more! The instructors for shooting and fishing were amazing. Shoutout to Ryan for being a great shooting teacher and to Max for being a 10/10 fishing instructer. The customer service was not the best. Our Wi-Fi was not working and we called customer service and they told us we had to call the cable company. It was just a bad staff member, we called about 2 days later and they fixed it. Overall it was a great time.

Not the warmest welcome to my boyfriend and I. Apparently mixed couples are not welcomed and your staff shows it. Only getting one star because 0 isn't an option. Time for your crew to be updated to 2018 and maybe you should think about customer service classes.
