guys, well, this is not a restaurant. Maximum cafe with a good view. everything else is straightforward ... disappointing. the food is not tasty. positioned as a seafood restaurant. but the fish platter of herring and mayonnaise colmar is not really decent. service honestly bad. straight bad everything. First, they brought us tea right away, although we ordered food. naturally we drank it already cold. meals were not served to us together, so one had to watch for 15 minutes how the other was eating ... so it is impossible. it is a failure. but still worse service here-food) want to admire the view, just take tea! all pis!)

The rooftop restaurant of the Seven Hills Hotel, located next to the Four Seasons Hotel, which has been renovated from a prison!

Surrounded by the World Heritage Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, it is in the best location with a panoramic view of the Bosphorus Strait on the south side.

The price was cheap and the chicken kebab was delicious.

The beets in the salad have a lot of water, so those who wear white clothes need to be careful not to drip.

Seagulls are always turning in the sky aiming for food, which also matches the scenery and creates a good atmosphere.

Not for a family with small children! Not children friendly. It s nice and the facilities are amazing and nice, rooms are comfy but the manager nor the staff are children friendly and they keep tell the kids not to play and not to shout and not to use bla and bla and not to walk heavily on the floor the minute we checked in. If you are a family with children below 14 years old dont even think abt it! Because u will feel u want to keep ur kids inside the room to satisfy the manager. The staff are soo sweet but they do what the bold manager tells them and he is always going around and i hope he s only a manager not the owner and if he is the owner he should call his hotel seven hills foe couples ONLY

The restaurant was recommended to us:

The restaurant was recommended to us:

Service:
The waitresses are not as hospitable as in the restaurants in the neighboring streets.

The appetizer:
As a starter there was only cans of olives, in tasteless olive oil.

The bread:
Baguette bread not baked but bought.
In Germany you sometimes get 2 dips, e.g. with nice homemade bread, and in Istanbul there is something like that if you visit a restaurant in the next street.

The food :
We ordered a fish platter and a meat platter for 4 people.
The portions for good eaters are not enough and both are very overpriced for 100!
The worst is not that it cost 100 , but that it tasted like ready-made meat from the supermarket, I wouldn't be surprised after the starter and the bread!

Beverages :
We also tried cocktails but the goods were not worth their money either!
Dessert :
We did without it because we couldn't imagine that this could be better than the rest.

View :
We sat on the roof terrace.
The view was mega and I am giving it a star here (view worth 5 stars)

Conclusion :
for food and service grade 6 not typically hospitable for Istanbul.

As a tip:
If you want to enjoy the view, you should at most have a cocktail (although not so

One of the best hotels in Sultan Ahmet, we stay here on every visit to Istanbul. Beds are great, receptionist are excellent and accommodating. The Terrace Restaurant has a view like No Other! Food is excellent and breakfast for 2 covers the entire table! Pictures to prove it. I think its a perfect spot to have corporate lunch or dinners with clients- will 100% impress them.

I have never stayed in this hotel.

I have never stayed in this hotel.
However, I would like to tell you about the terrace cafe on the top floor of this hotel.
This is the most dominant position in Sultanahmet square.
The scenery is magnificent.
Hagia Sophia on one side and Blue mosque on the other
I stop by here every time I come to Sultanahmet square.
I recommend you definitely see
But pay attention to prices, prices have increased recently.

I would recommend to go to the restaurant for drinks only. The view is amazing but the food is average but expensive, so you'll be paying for the view. There are much better restaurants for food in the area..

Location superb and staff service like no other I have encountered in Turkey. Special mention to Ozan bey and Kadir bey. Fine young gentlemen with pure class in pleasing their guests to the fullest. Nothing is a problem and they are very genuine. Recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Istanbul esp those looking to see the museums and Sultanahmet location.

The staff is beautiful. Very attentive, very helpful and smiling. The cleaning of the room is impeccable. I take off a star because being on the floor below the cafe, I found that the room was not soundproof. We had the noises of the chairs and other things very early in the morning.

I liked it very much, although they took only beer. The view is gorgeous, there is a terrace for photos, you don't have to take something to take pictures. At the next table the guys were taking Turkish breakfast - there was a lot of everything and it was beautiful. Recommend.

Seven Hills Hotel. The hotel should not mind as a place to stay in mind, we recommend the place of the hotel's restaurant. This is a hotel on a side street, but it's a saga of views. Of course, let us warn you before you go on a cold, foggy Istanbul day like us, let us avoid the trouble of seeing the scenery. You know, this could be a full summer. We cannot say that we liked the decoration and the flavors. These are common, but if you call it the landscape, we can't say anything to it. As a result, in time, the technology did not work at the time of the works. Yes, yes, yes. One side of this place looks at the Sultanahmet Mosque and the Hagia Sophia Museum while the other side looks at the historical streets and buildings of the Bosphorus and Sultanahmet. You can not say that I could not see the view from the side because each place is a separate view, every place is a separate Istanbul. If you want to take a look at Istanbul from the top, this is the place for you :) #gununmekani #theplaceoftheday

Anyone near Istanbul should break their fast at this place
Seven Hills Hotel in Sultanahmet (Location All Comment) has a Roof Top restaurant and has a view of the two most famous places in all of Istanbul ..... Sultan Ahmed Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosque, as well as I see the Bosphorus Strait, the Sea of Marmara and the rest of Istanbul as a whole. Seriously, the scene there is very very illusory

The breakfast itself is very varied, as you can see in the pictures, and it tastes quite anecdotal. In general, if you eat me wrong in this video, I will be happy

The breakfast menu has a price per person of 120 pounds, which means about 240 Egyptian pounds, but it is better for you to go with someone so that the breakfast of the two people will be bigger and more varied

The location is perfect - literally 2 mins walking from Agia Sophia and Sultanahmet. The rooms are spacious and clean.

What I didn t like is that at 5 am we woke up from the mosque. If you know the sound is so loud you should put thicker windows or do something to minimize the sound. Thanks God we stayed only one night. Also the breakfast was very poor.

We visited the restaurant for dinner. Yes, the view is incredible but the food was nothing special plus the prices was to high compared to other places around offering the same view. If you are going only to the restaurant, order only drinks because you ll be paying for the view not for the food.

Don't get me wrong by the average score, I wasn't totally disappointed by this hotel.
What turned me off was the decor, a bit out of date, no bedside lamps and light switch by the bed (there was one, not working), and awful soundproofing for windows and door.
From the second floor I could hear everything out in the street with a closed window, and everything from the hallway...I had to sleep with a white noise application always on.
What was good: comfortable and very large bed, comfy pillows, good shower with great water pressure and instant hot water. A few amenities, although no shower gel.
Breakfast was decent, boiled eggs, sausages, French fries, omelettes, milk with cereals, fresh fruit (delicious strawberries), different kind of cheeses, not many sweets though. Juices and water, besides coffee, tea etc.
The best feature of the hotel, and why I chose it and may come back, is the location (a few steps away from the 2 great mosques in Istanbul) and the view from their rooftop terrace, where the restaurant is. Judge by yourself, have a look at my pictures.

The rating is for the view at the top floor terrace restaurant only. It was by far the best view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia that I found in Istanbul. We only got tea and hot chocolate at the restaurant and it was overpriced...except that we were really paying for the view and the accompanying pictures!!!

The view of the restaurant is very impressive overlooking the Bosphorus, the Sultanahmet Mosque and the Hagia Sophia Museum. The most beautiful time to visit before sunset is a beautiful panoramic view of amateur photography
