Had a lovely cake and coffee, a little more than elsewhere but it's worth it for the view. Views across the Bosphorus towards the Aisan side and right next to Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. Friendly staff. Recommended.
rooftop restaurant has amazing views. Worth dining there at least once while in Istanbul. Hotel rooms are pretty ordinary and a bit overpriced, but still not a bad pick.

My experience was made even better by very friendly staff members specifically Ozan and Jasmine. I can not wait for my next trip to Istanbul to stay at this lovely hotel!

Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque and Aegean Sea are the tops of the Loop Tower. I have not eaten food, I do not know. It is good to have a mood and take pictures. But birds can be a little annoying.

I liked the view of the Bosphorus and Mascint at the hotel and asked for coffee and tea and treated them sweet
Oh Wow and what a breakfast we had! With an amazing view overlooking Hagia Sophia. Great service, great food ( turkish breakfast ) and wonderful time spent. There weren t a lot of people so we enjoyed our time there a lot.
Hearty but salty breakfast. Old structure, but has all the necessary comforts. very friendly staff. Great and central location, the view from the terrace is breathtaking, only for that it is worth going up!

This by far was the most horrible eating experience I have ever had if I can I would give a 0 star rating.
Our food was alright nothing special at all not worth the money
But to explain the service it was atrocious
Our server did not once check on us and as he was taking our order he would interrupt us and cater to another table my friends and I looked at each other and thought to our selves is this guy serious?
We then asked him if we could get lemon for our butter shrimp
he replied your not supposed to eat lemon with butter shrimp I insisted I wanted the lemon
We then asked for fires and he told us it will take 20 min for the fries to cook
At this point we got the hint we asked for the bill paid and as I was leaving I explained to the server how horrible the service was and all he said is that it was to busy and walked away not a single apology or anything
The worst part of this story was we asked the guy before we walked in
Is the food good here ?
He said if you don t like it at all you don t pay nothing
It s safe to say we paid 1035 TL and did not get our money back

Great location to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Bonus is walking distance to various shops and restaurants to try out ethnic dishes.
Fantastic location and view from all rooms. Very friendly staff especially the trainee Yasimin and breakfast service waiter Ridvan. Highly recommended to stay here.

We stayed 4 nights here and really loved this hotel. The staff, especially Kamelya, are very friendly and helpful. They are the best staff of any hotel that I have ever stayed at. The included breakfast is great. We also had lunch at the hotel once and dinner once as well. Both meals were very good. We especially liked having a glass of wine every evening on the terrace watching the sunset. A possible concern is that this hotel does front a busy road. However, we had a room on the courtyard and it was very quiet with no road noise whatsoever. The location is good with just an 8 - 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque. I would easily recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again.

I used the view restaurant. We did not stay, but correspondence at the entrance was very good including friend including guidance. The restaurant overlooks the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and the Marmara Strait. It is also the best shooting spot from above. The food was very delicious. Raw thick onions are often accompanied by side dishes, but you can squeeze plenty of lemon and eat with olive oil.
Loved it! At first, when I came to Istanbul, I wasted my precious time (3 days) at 5star Istanbul Gonen Hotel which I gave 1star. Because of the rude staff and poor service it doesn't deserve 5-star name. But, when I came to Seven Hills Hotel at Sultanahmet area my family and I fell in love with it. It was close to all the places we visited, just 5-10 min. walk. Reasonable prices! We lived there for one week. I don't know what I need to start with to explain everything: large, clean and beautiful designed rooms with wonderful views from all windows, breakfast and restaurant food were amazing and had a beautiful sea view also. The staff and people working in and around that hotel area were really nice, helpful, responsible and respectful, they all became our friends. They made us feel home. The time and money we spent there totally worth it. Next time, I will definitely choose it again. GOOD THING FOR GOOD PRICE.
The view and location trumps everything else. The food is average at its best; they have non sea food dishes but not on the menu. It was a pleasant surprise during weekend lockdown
This restaurant is a great example of something very true about Istanbul - even in a touristy area you can eat very well and have friendly service in a special place. The view terrace is certainly the best in Sultanahmet with 360 degree views that reach well beyond the Princes' Islands and of course Ayasofya is right in the background as you tuck in. Prices are fair, even for the area. A good choice.

If you want a view you really have to overbook so that you can enjoy the view and food in the evening. Have been twice the first time I had breakfast in the morning with the sun and the terrace is beautiful .. Rooms look at the buildings unless you have the top floor it is different ..... service is just good staff are friendly and try to help you in all ways

I've stayed at several locations in Istanbul before coming to Seven Hills Hotel, but I wish I had come here since day one. It was an incredible experience from the moment we reached the street. The staff was tremendously helpful and made us feel like family. They took every step to accommodate our needs and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay in the city, let alone their hotel. We stayed in several rooms and they were all super clean. Our suite had a spacious balcony with a lovely view. The location is simply perfect, with many restaurants and shops to choose from being only a few minutes walking distance. But the best part of the location is that its 2-3 minutes from the Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and the Topkapi which is just simply magical. Hearing the call to prayer throughout the day is breathtaking. Seeing Hagia Sofia from our suite window is just an added bonus. We stayed here for one week and my family and I cannot wait to get back to Istanbul and book another week at this hotel.More
The view is amazing, the point is that the prices and the service are very bad .. The restaurant restaurant terrace, which is operated entirely for tourists coming to the region, is worth seeing but the prices are cold. leave with a tea or coffee without eating ..
Everything about our stay was perfect and beautiful. From the second of our arrival, the staff greatest us with smiles and open arms. The rooms were beautiful and house keeping did a great job always making sure everything was clean and getting us what we needed. The food was excellent and the view was breathtaking but nothing beats the people working there. Special thank you to Onur and Yunus for making my family's stay so much better

Good dinner with amazing view of the old city. This rooftop restaurant offers good quality dishes with nice and kindly staff and view on the mosques. Maybe the dishes are a little "commercial" and not so typical, but the place really worth a try!

We got to the seven hills palace hotel and was welcomed with a smile. We got 2 drinks while waiting for our room. The hotel is absolutely beautiful from the rooms to the surrounding areas. The service from front desk to wait staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for everything it was definitely a memorable stay
The view of the restaurant on the roof of the hotel is good. The lamb dishes are also very rare. I can eat people who are burdened with the lamb flavor. The quality of the fish dishes is also good.

We decided to spend our extended weekend in this hotel, due the location. I wish I can give more stars, but could not. Yes we receive upgrade to to better room but because the doors on balcony in standard room was broken. Bathroom in suite was quite old. Restoration desperately needed. Room was big. WiFi, to send pictures to your friends was SHI.. Restaurant overpriced will come back to that later. So 3stars for location. Will choose different place next time.
