Graycler Inc. LLC Review

I could not be more amazed at the high level of service I received from this company. I found them to be very responsive to my many questions regarding a large window project. Their ability to "think out of the box" to find a solution with Andersen Windows' corporate team saved me thousands of dollars. I found Michael's character to be exemplary and I found that out-standing characteristic to be shared by his employees and the contractors he works with.

The best contractor we had during harvey was a walk up window salesmen. Price was probably a little too high for the window brand but, the service was awesome. And install took only hours. We had a problem with the sliding glass door and the owner came out himself and fixed it the next day.

If I could rate them zero stars I would. They mismeasured my living room windows. Brought windows that were too large. Cut away part of the wall to make them fit - without asking ME if I was ok. I only found out when I heard a lot of noise that sounded like sawing. They cut into dry wall without covering my hardwood floors. I hate the windows. They do not fit right. Michael Graycler is a BS artist. He told me they had to go through a summer heat and the material would settle and the windows would open and close easily. Well, Michael, it's over a year and I HATE the windows you put in. In cold weather, I can feel the cold. My old windows were better. If you use them, watch them every step of the way. Make SURE the windows are the right size. I have photos that show the new windows in the living room are much larger that what I had before.

Like many home owners with an old 20 year old house it was time to change out our old windows that were cracking and metal latch coming apart.

When we first decided to remodel we found out that windows would have cost a fortune from $600-$1200 a window. Even though we knew the savings it would be on our energy bill another $20k would just break the bank. So we went with solar screens for two reasons one it was cheap and two because all the windows companies were just difficult to work with and just seemed shady. We called all the big dogs from Anderson to gulf coast and just did not feel comfortable. Let's say it felt like I was a used car lot.

After a whole year Graycler sales rep Omar called out of the blue. He saw my review and about my awful experience with another company. He was very informative and did not hard sale me. Being a skeptic and husband concerns we still decided to give Omar a try. He came in very professional with a sample window. We were very surprised at the quality . The window was thick and the material was high quality. Then we talked about price and it was so reasonable. He even offered us a little discount. After an hour we gave him a beverage and signed the contract that gave us great financing options.

Then the owner Mike called so friendly and nice. He told us about the time frame and what the process would entail. No gimmicks or trickery like the other companies just an honest and straight forward guy. We felt at ease at this purchase . He came out and did the measuring . Ask us if we wanted grids and what we wanted in our windows. Let me tell you that he was right without the grids made the windows look so big and nice.

One of the glass cracked and he immediately ordered another to replaced and fixed it. He made sure all the windows were installed well by his professional crew. They were so careful
Not to damage anything. Since it was an older house some of the side parts of the window was falling apart but they fixed it and Mike even got matching paint to make it all
Nice and new.

After the installation was done Omar came back to look at the work . He asked us if we were happy and satisfied with our choices. We not only were happy but is saving money to do the rest of the house. Since we did the back of the house first we were so happy we did not even put the solar screen back.

The sound of the train and noise of the outside has damped because of these amazing windows . I believe it was worth every penny.

When service this good I can't but help recommend them to all my friends.

By far the best Window replacement/installation company in Houston!

I had over 6 different Houston based Companies come to my home for estimates on my project. I met with James who was both incredibly professional and extremely well informed about his product.

After reviewing all job estimates, not only was Graycler one of the best priced, but they were the clear leader as far as ease of communication and putting the customer first.

Graycler's customer dedication was proven when I ran into a coordination issue between my general contractor (who was doing some additional work only home) and myself regarding the installation of my windows. The owner of Graycler, Michael, and his team, stepped in and went above and beyond to resolve an issue that I believe most companies would have washed their hands of.

I would absolutely recommend Graycler to anyone and plan to use them on any jobs I have planned in the Future. Their loyalty and dedication to their customer is evident in every action they take, placing the customer's desires before all else and leaving the customer feeling confident in the work that is being done! I could not be happier with the work Graycler did for me!
