I came here expecting the worst to happen because of all of these poor reviews. I had to get an ultrasound for a bump behind my ear and my appointment was at 10:30am on a Friday. They told me to arrive by 10am so that I could get checked in and registered. I arrived at 9:45 in case I couldn't find where I needed to go, and called to make sure I was going to the correct building because there are 3 on the same property.

I arrive, wait about 5 minutes until I'm called to register, and sit with a very polite girl who had me sign all of my forms and then walked me to where I needed to go for the ultrasound. I even asked the lady behind the counter if I needed to check in again in this room and she politely told me I was good to go. I waited about 5 min there until I was called back for my ultrasound and the OBGYN giving it was bubbly and sweet. Looks around, gently finds the bump, tells me I'm good to go and that the report will be at my ENT's office in 2 business days. I was out of there by 10:15am, before my original appointment was even scheduled. I think more people need to leave reviews on their positive experiences.

Tried to schedule a CT scan for 2 weeks without success. Faxed scheduling and registration my doctor's order many times without getting a call. Finally I had to call them and find out they didn't call me because they didn't see some kind of authorization document. I asked "can you call them because I don't know what that is'. They said 'No you have to do it yourself'. I called my doctor and they don't know what that authorization document is either. I gave up and schedule my CT at another facility and were able to get an appointment the next day. In conclusion, those people don't give a s* about patients and terrible customer service.

Was in and out of the emergency room in less than 2 hours- it honestly didn't feel like I was there an hour. Ive been twice (prior visit was for daughter) and the overnight staff are friendly and alert. I didnt even sit down in the waiting area this morning, they took me back and the nurse had not finished his intro when the doctor was there to see me. I've never had treatment this fast in previous ERs!!

I go in for a female personal issue and to get ask personal question in a open room by the vending machine is not cool.... They should fix that

Came in with my son for serve pain at midnight finally saw a Dr at 6 am nothing is being done at all will not bring any of my family here ever again this is BS I could have given him 2 Advil and told him to go to sleep. This place is a joke only one Dr for the whole ER

Worst experience ever . The nursing staff was the only positive. The Doctor sent my 80 year old Dad home. He had broken his ankle. He was visiting from Florida so was in a hotel. He couldn't walk at all and they released him without a wheelchair. Was a challenge for 3 adult family members to get him back to the hotel. DO NOT go to this hospital.They have no empathy or caring. My family and I live in Killeen but will NEVER use this hospital.
