Horrible people and horrible service. 0 stars would be giving them a generous rating. Even when trying to pay them they make it incredibly difficult, only accepting checks. The online payment service doesn't work, even after 3 phone calls with them.

We worked with this horrible company that wiped out MY bank account for someone else's debt. Now they won't even send simple documentation stating that it is paid in full. I hope someone reads this review in time to see that you must rigidly document each conversation, receipt and demand documentation BEFORE your last payment from this horrible company. This did not even contact the Clerk of Court to do simple reporting once they collected. If you have problems or are harassed, please report them to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Maybe enough fines will make them change their deceitful practices.
Sue you for $500 on a Burke's card?? I didn't know I opened but have no problem in paying ( positive a family member took it out) but who in the world takes the time and effort to sue over such a small amount? Guess they're hurting for money. Super unprofessional to sue for such a small amount.
I was contacted within 24 hours of visiting the website and submitting a payoff proposal. The lady was courteous, but honest. They report payments to the credit bureau every time a payment is made. I haven t retained their services yet so I m not sure about anything else other than debts.
I have no clue why these people just called me. They instantly asked for my verification info, I gave them what I was comfortable giving them over the phone since I have no clue who they are (and scams are a real thing these days) because I wouldn't give them my full current address and social security number they couldn't go forward with telling me why they were calling me. I'm deaf and use an interpreting service and the lady came off very rude
WORST COMPANY EVER!!! You pay them (and they take your money fast) and it takes them FOREVER to send satisfaction letter to courthouse, RUDE PEOPLE!!! They supposedly have "sent request to resend letter" but NOBODY can tell me if anything was actually mailed to courthouse TWICE!!! Initially they tell you they will send satisfaction letter to courthouse and judgement will be removed in about 30 days. More than 30 days has past, still nothing....
Resolution clerks need to be properly trained, I was given incorrect information and was not able to speak to an attorney, or manager of resolution when I was able to speak to a person, called several times, kept getting a recording did leave a message call was not returned.
So I get a call from the attorney office today due to a message I left to offer a settlement that was offered to me from them. The lady asked a few questions and of course I answered them until she wanted to know my work info hours etc. I advised that was personal and had nothing to due with the one lump sum settlement I was going to pay. She them told me I was yelling and her witch was not true.i think she had a attitude when she called me maybe from her last call or a bad hair day. I tried now two different times to settle this debt that was created with a family member that was going through cancer and that created a hardship on us at that time. Now trying to settle with the attitudes from the employees there is not going to happen. I don t think they want it to.
Despite repeated calls and paying over $2,000 dollars, 2 months ago, I've received notices of various hearings and arbitrations related to a debt that has been paid already. The actions of this firm are predatory at worst and lazy at best. The persons that answer the calls have no authority or idea what they are doing and it's impossible to talk to one their attorneys. If you receive any kind of notice from this firm about a debt, I would recommend recording every conversation, name and date, because you will still likely have to go to court. TERRIBLE.
This place is a joke. Have called so many times I have lost track, never get a response nor get a call back when you do leave a message. There is a special place for people like this. They pray on innocent people, have no compassion nor have any intentions on helping other than helping to pad there own pockets. They need to learn what a phone is and answer it.
This place sends out threatening letters but wont answer a phone call. When you press your option invalid key invalid key. Saving my call records and emails so when or if they take me to court they can see where they dont respond.
The worst customer service. They are not human, they are clearly sharks. The personell that calls you back in case you offer them a debt settlement states that they are "not attorneys and cannot give legal advice"are unproffesional ,rude and argumentative. If I had known better, I should have taken my chances in front of a judge. They make me sick to my stomach. Worse company ever. If there is an option for "0" stars they would get a pure zero.
