The worst customer service. They are not human, they are clearly sharks. The personell that calls you back in case you offer them a debt settlement states that they are "not attorneys and cannot give legal advice"are unproffesional ,rude and argumentative. If I had known better, I should have taken my chances in front of a judge. They make me sick to my stomach. Worse company ever. If there is an option for "0" stars they would get a pure zero. So from me, 0.
