Matt was recommended to me by a realtor who mentioned that all of his clients had been extremely satisfied with Matt s knowledge and helpfulness in the home buying process. I was extremely impressed with him from the first few conversations we had. He gave great advice, was very responsive (even when I emailed him over the weekend), and made the process so easy. I am not a first time home owner and dreaded going through the mortgage process again, but Matt and his team make it extremely simple and Matt is easy to get in contact with if anyone ever has any questions. Also, got an awesome interest rate! I would definitely recommend Matt to any friends or family and if I ever need another mortgage, I ll be calling him!

This was my second residential home purchase and as such, they are always nerve wrecking and the unexpected happens. Well this was not the case working with Matt and his team. Other than addressing a few concerns, we received the anticipated 'Clear to Close' within 30 days. However, the seller pulled out 2 hours before closing (that's right).
Guaranteed helped to ease our pain by (1) working with us in keeping our sanity, (2) addressing next steps, and (3) keeping our loan in an active status. After 1 month the seller came back and with minimual updates we closed.

Matt, I will never forget what you and your team did from the beginning in securing our loan until we closed. Prior to coming to Guaranteed Rate we went thru the process with Bank of America only to have them deny our loan for an unethical reason.
