Raymundo and his crew were professional and compassionate throughout our ordeal. They put me at ease and did such a wonderful job getting everything cleaned. I hope this doesnt happen again but I will definately call ServiceMaster if we ever need it.

ServiceMaster Guarantee? On Nov 23, 2014 I had a water backup in my basement and State Farm Insurance sent ServiceMaster DSI to do mitigation. The crew chief was very nice and completed the job in 3 days after cutting the paneling two feet off the ground and installing dryers. State farm was billed $3,379.19 for this service. When the adjuster inspected the job he said "why didn t they remove the entire paneling? The 2 foot cut applies to dry wall! Shortly after Christmas I had State Farm call Service Master to authorize them to finish the job. I also called and spoke to the Operations Manager Ubaldo who confirmed that State Farm spoke to him and that he would have someone call me to complete the requested. It is now mid-january and I am still waiting for this call --- I can t believe that ServiceMaster would turn their back on a major client like State Farm Insurance. Their advertising states "We do it right. Guaranteed. That s excellent service, from start to satisfaction. In everything we do, we pledge honesty, dependability and a job well done", next week will be 2 months since they entered my home and I am still waiting for them to honor this "Guarantee".

I hired service master DSI to handle a bio-hazard clean up. They came immediately and was able to save my property from further damage. They kept me updated and they were efficient and professional.

Request additional quotes for services before approving Service Master DSI to begin work in your home or business. I recently approved Service Master DSI to remediate water damage in my home's basement. The process was smooth at first when I was speaking to the customer representative before I approved the remediation process begin. Service Master DSI began water remediation by removing drywall and placing fans on the floor. However, when mold was found, all work had to end until mold remediation would begin. I was ensured three times the procedures Service Master DSI were taking would resolve my mold issue and work resumed shortly thereafter. Service Master DSI does not test for mold - this led me to hire a third party to test the air quality in my basement. The test came back positive for three molds and the technician of the third party advised me not to live in my house due to the poor sanitation process performed by Service Master. I contacted Service Master DSI and air scrubbers were placed to clean the air. The third party mold company came back out to retest the air and advised we not retest due to the poor sanitation process performed by Service Master DSI. The walls and floors were not sanitized and this leads to future mold growth. I was shocked to see this since I was ensured multiple times my basement would be "fine" and "ready to use". Service Master DSI gave me the "ring around" and performed inadequate work, but charged me a lot of money for their poor service. I have attempted to communicate with the representative but those efforts did not lead to an amicable agreement. Think twice or three times before hiring Service Master DSI, my experience has left me frustrated and disappointed in their effort. Looking back, I should have hired the third party mold company. I hope this review helps with other customer's future choices.

We had a flood in our basement in May and our insurance company reached out to ServiceMaster to provide clean up services. They did a nice job. However, they put several deep scratches into our floor. We worked with their rep and we agreed upon a settlement with no problems to resolve our issue. Good company.

I've used ServiceMaster before and was very pleased with Jocelyn and her crew, they did a great job cleaning up. So when my basement flooded again, I did not hesitate to to reach out to them and was equally pleased with the work Roberto and his team did. And I wont think twice to call ServiceMaster if my basement floods again. Fingers Crossed, that I wont.

Crew Leader Marco Hernandez and his crew were excellent to work with! They were friendly, and professional and always made time to answer my questions. They worked very hard in very hot weather conditions! Oscar and the office staff were also very helpful and kept in good communication with me about the work to be done. I highly recommend Service Master!
