This is the worst hospital that i have seen, my father admitted in hospital for surgery 2weeks ago still they didn't do surgery. And they forced us to pay full amount for surgery to start treatment until that they didn't see patient properly..We should wait for lab reports for days together which we get in 1hr in other labs. No proper attention to patient. doctors will not be available in holidays. Their staf give reason for lab reports as festival and sunday so n so..Dr. Devi shetty sir we never expected this treatment from your hospital. This is completely corporate hospital. They doing business with patients health.

We are trying from morning to get the test report but the Customer Care people are transferring the call to dispatch team and they are not pick the call. We are calling your customer care more than eight time. Tomorrow we are having a doctor appointment without this report it s of no use. We never expected this kind of poor response from Narayana health care .
Pls visit if u have more money and not concerned about ur health issues. They do all possible tests,scans, x-rays, give u all the available medicines which ever is there in their pharmacy, admit u minimum for a week, all the specialist will visit u and prescribe their trial and error treatment.Important point to be appreciated : ur name and diagnosis will change if u visit there..because the staffs are so attentive and misplace all the files and interchange it among their patients. U go for diarrhea, they change ur name, reports,treat u for high sugar/even send u to the operation theatre.. great place to spoil ur health.. highly disappointed.
When I went for check up...i found that place very nice and really the doctors and the nurse's behavior was so nice.they try to communicate with patients very well.
Very very expensive. It isn't not a place for middle class and poor people. Per day bed charge cost you around 15k rupees. Even parking charge 30/- per hour. Covid test mandatory for all types of patients and attendants. Per head 4500/- covid test. PPE kit used by treating staff will be billed to patient. OPD consultation 1000/- So if you admit for a 3 - 4ays for non surgical treatment, then you must keep 1 lakh rupees in your pocket. Without knowing about their hospital charges I admitted my 5 year kid to this hospital after consultation of Neurologist from that hospital for 3 days for non surgical treatment. I had a corporate insurance though they asked me pay 30k rupees for admissions and 9k for covid test. It was a shock for me when we heard about their room tariff after admissions. @Devi shetty sir, I watched your many videos and media interviews. Thought you are helping atleast middle class and poor people but your hospital is costlier than any hospital in Bangalore.
worst treatment given by him to our family member. with out basic sense he treated my in-law and finally said that she had a kidney failure. so that not clot blood in the place of opened angiogram and so we cant help. All this he said after they treated for money and said now we want to do dialysis, if we done with this there is a chance of 50% for her life.mean while dialysis they said that she had 2 heart stokes. After that they played that they are trying to give life, and when we got a doubt and questioned them with a highly recommended person , then they said that she is no more. They only done all this for money
without knowing the value of life, u treat my mother(krishnammal. A) admitted on 10.04.2018 at 7PM. Angiogram done at same day 10PM and then onward till 2PM near by 14hrs she is bleeding due to Angiogram. And made her dead on 11.04.2018 7PM.
Did u dont know that the basic thing, 60yrs lady continuously bleeding for 14hrs will she survive with out any external blood supplement ?? so finally u played well for money, but the same position for ur known one's will u treat like this???
This place is sooooooooooooooo horrible, it might have good doctor's but the management and administration is mind blowingly worst and pathetic. You'll die due to your illness as out patient before they decide to admit you for further treatment. There's no uniformity in rules adherence between department's, they accept the issue still no rectification. I am not sure how are other center's in the city, but enter bommasandra center at your own risk. I am utterly disappointed.

I went there for a pre employment medical test. Persons sitting at helpdesk and counters are very very friendly. Hats off to them. Those going for the first time: If you want to do individual medical tests, visit Cardiac sciences building & those want to do health package tests, visit international wing building just backside & if you want to visit any doctor for regular checkup, visit majumdar shaw building. Dont worry where to go, just enter Cardiac science building which is first building from main road, ask any helpdesk staff, they will definitely help you. Coming to queue management, that was wonderful, they register if youre first goer, then they will generate a receipt for any consultation or any test to be done and mention the room numbers. Everything was well managed. I had to do the following tests as a employment requirement: Blood grouping, Blood sugar, ECG, chest Xray and Urine Routine. This costed me around 1430 (Apollo was 1800). Doctor consultation was 400 extra. So total 1830. Consultation was with Dr Ranjith. He is the best doctor I have ever visited, he was calm. Looked at my reports and gave me the fitness certificate. He called the receptionist next to his cabin, she typed a fitness certificate for me and the doctor signed on it. Thanks again. Coming to management: I would require the management to look into the security. Request to add a automated luggage scanning at main exit. I see people bring large luggage's inside and no checks are being done. So I think its necessary to have a luggage checking machine separately.

Such a worst service, only trying to make more money on asking multiple test. Even that is not a problem, now a days most of the hospital are running in the same way. they are not worried on patient life or health. I will share my experience,
My Dad was having high BP, so visited the hospital,
1) mentioned a tablet that was not avilable in any pharmacy and waited to consult a doctor for multiple hours instead none of them advised to get into priority section for senior citizen on a option available. 2)my dad could not eat anything from last 2 days due to omitting sensation, not worried about it. 3)asked to take blood and eco test, there were 100's people waiting at test centers, my token no was 178 4)have also requested to consult gastroenterologist and neurologist not sure why. 5)the test are very expensive compare to outside labs. Ideally it should be less. 6)after spending multiple thousands the doctor asked to continue the same tablet just with 5 mg higher.
There is big list of problems I could start listing it out.
My overall point is, there is no quality for the money we are paying. One good thing I have observed is the staff are very helpful.
Worst unprofessional and pathetic behavior you can expect from a hospital. We had visited with patient of very high fever and moved her to emergency. It took 4 hours to get the preliminary response, the reports were expected to deliver within 4 hours, which after full payment turned to the next day. When we visited next day, the response was THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH STUFFS TODAY so cannot give report . We were forced to buy medicines that were not even listed in the recommendation list of doctor. The one more interesting thing, you will find more quiet atmosphere in market than the Emergency ward of this hospital.
I had a very good impression and response of this hospital chain in Kolkata, which completely ruined after this. Be at your own risk.
Cardiac science building service is great. The care they do could be the best cure for the patient. They are very much willing to help with low cost medical service for the people who are not able to meet the financial expenses. All you need to do is consult about your situation. No clear information, keeps patient waiting , they will call you at 4pm then you have to keep waiting for the whole evening there and then go back home, very unprofessional.

As I understand that health check up and consultation is a pretty costly affair and I am ready to spend what it takes, I don't see doctor's willingness to help or even listen to us for that matter. In fact we got a feeling that all they care about is how to charge maximum in the minimum amount of time and effort.
At best I can guess that the doctor we met might be having a bad day which of course could happen to anyone and it's pretty normal. At the same time patients are there with expectation and most likely in pain. Is it not professional to focus on the patient's problem while the doctor is representing as one? So allow me to say that this doctor is unprofessional.
And for the records the doctor we met is Dr. Sapna Raina! Thanks for doing nothing.
The hospital campus is very big and the hospital is well maintained. But, the lab tests are costly, consultation charges are higher and doctors prescribe unnecessary tests.
Our personal experience was not good. My wife went to this hospital for hepatitis C check. The gastroenterologist doctor asked us to do multiple tests (including hepatitis B test which was not necessary). Ideally, if the preliminary test gives negative result, further tests are not required. But the doctor insisted to do all of those at once. In the hospital lab, those would have costed over Rs. 33,000. Then after another discussion, the doctor asked us to do the preliminary only and no virus was found. The hospital lab asked higher charges (around 13,000) for those preliminary tests (AMOEBIC SEROLOGY & HCV RNA) which we had got it done in Rs. 10,000.
I am not saying that the hospital or the doctors are bad. But, be little careful and go for a second opinion if you have any doubts.
A Star is only for their doctor's :Service and medication by doctors is world class, poor hospital management more of low class . It's apt to call it as a "Govt Hospital" than to call private hospital. A Pure symbol for Integrity as a nation, but Management staff makes it to feel very unlikely the disparity between rich and poor.

Very good hospital nearby. Good and very experienced doctors available all the time. Appointments should be taken very earlier. Dr. Subramanian Kannan is very good and advised us well. Friendly staff and cooperative. Bike Parking available at Rs. 20/- to 2 hours and extra Rs. 5/- for every hour and they charged extra even for crossing a minute.

This is the international wing of Narayana Health City where the requirements of medical check up and the issuance of the relevant certificates for the travel and jobs abroad are handled in a very good manner.This wing is situated behind the the Narayana Hrudhayalaya hospital.
Registration process was horrible. They kept on saying that the server was busy. The doctor was not willing to see us without registration. We travelled 60 kms to visit the hospital and we were treated to files being uploaded and the doctor not seeing us. Pathetic.

This rating is for the ENT dept . Dr Maneesh , Dr Shobana and team. Very gentle and caring. Made sure the patient is comfortable and at ease during the procedure. Would recommend the ENT at NH for sure.

Built only for higher class family, not recommended even for higher middle classes. Eventhough they cant afford a PPE kit on their own instead charging on patients. Doctors can't even differentiate between assymptomatic and symptomatic and they go by their own rules i.e., even 28 days isolation for assymptomatics. Moreover for 30 secs consultation Rs. 800 , Lol i would rather suffer pain instead of going there. I request all doctors to please do not speak roughly or else it will lead a mental impact on patients. Sorry if i have spoke more. But quality is quality.

I lost my father for worst treatment. My father admitted for shortness of breath problem. We have stayed 12 days in hospital and short out the problem. Doctor kannan said now everything is normal(kidney and heart problem) and we have to do open heart surgery for remove blocks. So went home and return to hospital with two days for operation.
We have admitted in ITU ward and ITU representative ask me pay full money ASAP then we consider for operation. So I have paid full money within a day and got the financial clearance. They have gave treatment for 10 days without operation then I asked doctor, why operation getting delayed. Then they said you father have kidney problem but I took already treatment for that problem. He was not explained anything clearly.
Everyday I have ask floor doctor for my father status they simply tell to meet Chief doctor ( Dr.Praveen Kumar) . To meet doctor praveen , first we have to meet his PA sumathi( most irresponsible person). She simply tell come to evening 4 pm. Then I will wait full day but I couldn't able to meet doctor but she will leave hospital at 6 pm sharp. Initial one week this was went like this. Then I shouted one day then she said doctor went vacation he will come back on Monday.

No emergency casualties the entrance!! Very unplanned layout. If any new patient with any emergency situation first approach is the casualties usually just after your in, No any direction board at the entrance and security guards don't know what is casualties room. By mistake you Left your taxi once you drop the patient..then he/she is gone.. because the casualties far from the entrance and that of after two buildings around 400 meter away from the entrance..

My goodness. The doctors arrogance in this hospital is at cloud 9. Let me get this straight. Families spend lakhs in amount here to save their loved ones. And the doctors over here do not even care to delineate the issue to their families. Absolute Grade A morons. Totally bratty behaviour. Whenever I tried to talk to doctors regarding the patients condition, one doctor says to meet the other and the other doctor says to meet another and so on. Seems like these a*sholes have taken an additional degree in Peek A Boo as well. Zero level of professionalism. I do not know how their skills are when it comes to operating a patient. But, one thing is very clear since I've been to this hospital. The doctors over here are brats. They need to keep their ego in check. Maybe they need to go back to third grade and take basic moral science classes. Now, not all the doctors in this hospital have this issue. But most of them do. And I've a big, big problem with that.
Facing pathetic experience today. This is our first visit here for my uncle's small operation. Initially doctor given estimated time of 3 hours (1 hour for operation and 2 hours for post operation observations and clearance process). We came here at around 8 am today (as recommended by doctor). Operation is completed by 9:45, still now clearance processes are not completed. Just wanted to mention here, we have already paid the full amount in advance, no insurance processes are there. Moreover, no one is here who can give an approximate time to release the patient. And finally their behaviour, it's like wow, I mean even labours behave gently than these people. I am not sure when will return back home today. Will update remaining exp later. Only suggestion to everyone, please keep twice time free as the initial estimated time.
