Serverplus has opened doors in my life that I can utilize in every possible career path. I started here never even having internet or any TV in my home before. Now my knowledge in tech support/ customer service/ IT/ leadership/ management has increased a million %. I love my team and there is such a sense of family here. If you love a challenge while also having fun, this is the place for you. Fast paced and stats based for that competitive side. Work to improve that 1% a day and the rewards start rolling in! Serverplus will treat you right and have your back as long as you have their back as well

Don t waste your time here! While they do pay well, it is not worth it. I worked here for a year and I wish I would ve quit sooner. It is an gross environment with broken technology. Some of the supervisors are extremely unprofessional and rude. Hours are very unreasonable and hard to work out with managers. We were often paid weeks late with little to no compensation. If you re looking to do professional IT support, this is not the place for you. If you need a temporary job and are extremely desperate, it may be something to look into.

I worked here before my mission and it was a really great experience. The hours were super flexible and the people are great to work with. It is also really easy to move up within the company. I was promoted to be a supervisor after working there for about 2 1/2 months. I am working there again now and a lot has changed but the work environment is still great. The scheduling isn't as flexible anymore, but you can still get it changed for schooling and other things.

Amazing place to work, Supervisors are amazing and straightforward training is amazing, the people are wonderful. They have worked with me on timing for appoinments, family emergencies and been there for me every step of the way especially when my grandfather passed today I was torn up, they were willing to work with me on that as well. They have earned my loyalty and seemingly continue to do so, don't plan on leaving anytime soon if possible make it a career.

Holly is 10/10 the best manager I have ever had. I can t thank her enough with how much she has helped me out.
I think the company is great and it s a small call center, meaning I get help whenever needed as well! Spencer and Carson are also great team leads and they are always happy to answer my 10000 a of questions!

This is a great place to work! The main reason I love working here would be because of my co-workers! Everyone is so cool and friendly! The management here is awesome! They actually listen to you and are very happy to answer any questions. To them, no question is a dumb question. Another reason i live working here is the work schedule. You get to pick tour days off, only have to work 4 days of the week and the day always go by really fast! Trust me, you would really enjoy working here!

Tried to work here. I came in for an interview then started work that same day. I had to quit the next day. Because they are misleading about the pay. While I was there for 5 hours in training, I was actually only going to paid for the time I was taking phone calls which was an hour. (That's not what I was told in the interview.)
Not a clean environment to work in. Don't work with any schedule needs.
So moved on to something better.

This is a great place to work. I work in the Ephraim office and it is a very welcoming environment. They are very flexible with your schedule, work around school. It is an experience and you always have help if you don't understand something.If you decide to join the team you won't be disappointed! I was pleased with how great of an environment it is.

An interesting place to work; unlike any other I've worked at. Some of those differences can be positive, and same can be negative, but I'm still there after six months. A unique, quirky work experience with fantastic co-workers and fun management.

Put me on a schedule that I wasn't able to work and refused to change it. This is the biggest joke of a company.
