Don t waste your time here! While they do pay well, it is not worth it. I worked here for a year and I wish I would ve quit sooner. It is an gross environment with broken technology. Some of the supervisors are extremely unprofessional and rude. Hours are very unreasonable and hard to work out with managers. We were often paid weeks late with little to no compensation. If you re looking to do professional IT support, this is not the place for you. If you need a temporary job and are extremely desperate, it may be something to look into.

Tried to work here. I came in for an interview then started work that same day. I had to quit the next day. Because they are misleading about the pay. While I was there for 5 hours in training, I was actually only going to paid for the time I was taking phone calls which was an hour. (That's not what I was told in the interview.) Not a clean environment to work in. Don't work with any schedule needs. So moved on to something better.

Put me on a schedule that I wasn't able to work and refused to change it. This is the biggest joke of a company.
