I wanted to personally recommend realtor Daniel Thom for not only his expertise and professionalism but also his kindness and attention to detail. He went through buying a home for our family step by step and was extremely patient. He was always checking in with us and there to help in any way he could. We live in MA and he made this journey of ours painless! I would highly recommend Sellstate Realty and Realtor Dan. He definitely goes above and beyond!!!!!!!! Thanks, again for everything!

Denise Hudson is so knowledgeable of the Cape Coral Fort Myers area. We recently referred our Best friend to Denise who is looking to buy a property in Cape Coral. If you are looking for a Vacation home or a forever home you should call Denise she is the Best!

I'm a local roofing company that has done work for a Realtor Cristine Meehan, She has acted unprofessional and seeked to taint my reputation in the local area without even having given us a phone call over a dispute. I don't reccomend her or this agency. They do not get to the bottom of any claims and seem to jump to conclusions without giving any opportunities to help resolve a given problem.
I also spoke to the Broker and he was unable to control his Realtor unprofessional behavior.
