So I want to edit my previous review below. After leaving this review, the corporation called me and offered me my previous rate. They didn't have to do that, and I appreciate the fact that they were trying to keep a customer happy during these trying times. I just wish they would have worked with me before having to leave a bad review. They've always been helpful in the past and working with my father as a senior rate customer. But thank you for the assistance.

They are raising the price over 75% like we haven't been renting from them for over a year. They said that is what they could get new move-ins to pay so thats the rate increase. It's wrong to take advantage of people during a pandemic and thats what they are doing. We've been paying $200 a monthat a senior citizen rate and now they tell us rent has gone up to $300 a month. Horrible to take advantage of older people at their worst. Shame on you.

They carry a different brand of moving boxes...not U-haul brand. The boxes do not close properly leaving a 1/4 gap open space! Also, they take longer to assemble since some of the flaps need to be cut. I would recommend Home Depot, Lowes, or U-Haul boxes instead.

Great place to rent I truck while you're moving not that expensive they have trucks for every need and storage units to the people who are working out front are fantastic I had a question about my bill they answered it right away and also asked me if I wanted a hard copy just now I said no

Everyone there was super nice, vehicles were very clean, Nikki I think is the manager and she is the best !
