I used Serveu one time for AC service and their response was very fast. Their employee is cooperating in nice way and they did a great job on my AC. Now, I didn't find any issue with it since 3 months. They're call center are well mannered on the phone. That's why I recommend ServeU.

I have seen bad management but one like ServeU tops them all! We have been out of water in a whole building in Motor City since 9AM in the morning and now they are saying the pipe needs to dry! How can a company maintaining a compound as big as Motor City be so ignorant in time management and run maintenance related to water during the day when people are awake and in their homes and in bad need of water. I am sorry to say even flushing the toilet is not an option. Do you expect the residents to stay without using the simplest human needs (the toilet) for the whole day? Would you as management in ServeU accept to have someone block you from your house water for a whole day? Jobs like these should be done at night, when people are asleep and not needing to use the water. Should we leave our homes and and rent hotel rooms just because you are so inefficient in managing your service timing? and just because your teams are inadequate to solve matters on time as you promise??? I do not understand how a full compound can actually be serviced by such an incompetent team. This is the worst service company I have ever seen work in my whole life. Keeping homes and families and children without running water for a full day just because they have a bad operations and management team to know when to schedule jobs as such. What a shame that we have to have to write something like this as a review, I wish there was something good to say about your work, but I find myself stuck with nothing positive about ServeU, their operations and their management!!!!!

Called the customer care hotline on Friday morning...

Called the customer care hotline on Friday morning, made an appointment for Saturday morning to fix something in the house, and it was confirmed. Saturday morning, I made a follow up call (after the appointment slot had passed) and despite STILL having the request made, the team 'was fully booked' for the day. Couldn't come and only Sunday is possible!

Such an incompetent company and useless maintenance request system! I don't blame the overworked team, but the management. Don't bother calling ServeU for maintenance issues!

Lack of commitment for appointments, I had a confirmed appointment and they did not show, and they cancel the appointment after 30 min of the actual timing and call to reschedule to second day at 9:00 am, next day they show at 9:30 am

Our air conditioning in the maids room and in the bedroom is not working properly. We have 30 degrees in the room. Technicians were here two days ago to report the damage and give me a quotation. I had to pay the invoice for this to ServeU in advance. This happened yesterday. I was assured that the damage will be repaired today.
Since no one has come until now (5pm), I called. Now I was told that the damage can only be repaired on Sunday.
I have experienced a lot of incompetent management in my life, but this is beyond the scope. I understand that now that the temperatures are rising, there is a lot to do. I don't blame the technicians at all. But the management should consider whether this is the right way to look after customers. Absolutely unprofessional.
Unfortunately I must give one star. But I mean zero out of five stars !

Very bad and staff not trained well. The other day they came to my house to fix the toilet flush when they came they told us that it could be repaired so they went and got the new flush but when they finished the flush doesn t fit in the toilet seat cover and when they removed the toilet seat so that they can fix it and when they finished the toilet seat. The toilet seat was not stabled and the flush still doesn t fit. And this it not the first time it happened with me.
And if you want service in your home please don t use serveU there is other company that are out there which are better like for example We will fix it is a good company

This company is unethical. My AC stopped working o...

This company is unethical. My AC stopped working on thursday. I called them and they set an appointment at 9:30 pm same day. 9:45 pm I call them to ask why are they late, then their customer service staff tells me that there is an emergency at a VILLA water is cut so the team went there as if not having AC with a 42 degree temperature is a luxury. Then again I called at 10:15 pm still they didn t reach, so they told me that they will not make it and no one even would have bothered to tell me if I hadn t called them. It was already late to get someone else to fix it so they gave me an appointment for inspection next day and said they will try to fix it same day. Again next day after being an hour late the guy came and I swear it did not even take him 10 minutes to finish the inspection then I asked him how much is the inspection for he told me 130 aed. Meanwhile I was on the phone with the customer service complaining about how the guy is saying that they cannot fix it same day and that is not what they told me initially neither did they mention that their staff dont work on Friday for technical maintenance. Once the guy was out i received a message that 892 aed was withdrawn from my bank account which was partially my fault because i was busy speaking to them on the phone while the guy entered the amount but still i asked him before how much is it he said 130 aed. I followed him and asked him why did he withdraw the amount he said to come fix it tomorrow, I mean what if I didn t want them to fix it for me they decided themselves and withdrew the whole amount. I called them again and complained and then customer service tells me they will send someone in the morning. I called them in the morning, same excuses and non ending stories that their technical team is busy and they have to make an appointment and they may not be able to come today, as if God is coming to fix the AC. Called them several times and I was really frustrated was leaving my door open to the corridor whole time, I get palpitations and high blood pressure over heat, and my dog was having diarrhea for the whole three days and they could not understand how the temperature is unbearable!!!! You guys need to make less stories and more action. Also your time management/ planning is really bad. Finally after several calls and fights one guy named Mustafa from customer service helped us and really was the only one to show some compassion. Feel really sorry that it was the only way to solve it.

Have AC broken in our apartment and it took one day to get technician to open it and to say that it is not working and need replace. Then requested whole payment in advance prior work started and was paid same time.
Now it is 4th day when outside temperature 45+ and AC still not repaired.

WORST FM, not recommended. If there is zero starts or minus I would choose it.

Absolutely shocking service! Nobody answers the 24/7 number. They all on a break having breakfast at 8am. The maintenance never arrive at the scheduled time until you call 100 times to find out where they are

Worst experience ever!!!

Phone operators are rude and extremely unprofessional, so called "technicians" are absolutely unqualified and know nothing about their job.

We have an issue with air conditioning. Serve u charged AED 600 during the first visit, and since 5 days they cannot fix the problem. They don't attend the scheduled appointments or come and waist 3 hours in my apartment trying to figure out what air conditioning is and how it works but with no result. They don't know anything about their job and of course knowledge of English in close to zero.

Quality Assurance doesn't exist in the company as I have already registered 3 complains but nobody bothered to call and sort out my issue.

Phone operators are also careless, rude and never call back as promised.

I am completely frustrated and disappointed with this attitude to customers and poorest level of services.
