He went above and beyond in assisting us through my sons legal issues. The phone calls to check in on him. The meetings on the weekend taking my son out for a cup of coffee. Patrick showed genuine concern and saw my son as someone who deserved another chance. My son was facing several serious felony charges. From the beginning he set out a course of action for my son to take and worked tirelessly on his end for each court hearing to get the result he felt was fair and appropriate. All the while keeping us aware of the process. The end result was that Patrick was able to work the charges down to Misdemenor convictions with no prison time served. His experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system and its workings are extensive. To say the least we are very pleased with the end result. We couldn t have asked for a more knowledgable, professional and experienced attorney than Patrick Tomasiewicz. His skill set as an attorney is simply outstanding.

I came to Attorney Tomasiewicz when I realized I could not settle my case on my own . At first I thought it would be easy no problem the person who ran into my car was responsible for my damage and the injuries I sustained in the accident . As time passed the Insurance ajuster used my disability and a previous injury to deflect the responsibility wasting time as it was just about to be a 2 year mark and I would need to file motion in court .
Thankfully, Attorney Tomasiewicz was able to meet with me. He and his assistant Melissa Sharpe took time to review my case in length had true concern for my well-being always checked in asked if I had questions and answered them promptly when I did .
