Local Internet company. Very helpful technicians. You can go to the office if you have an issue, and someone will help you. The technicians you see in-office are the same ones who will help you when you call in, so it's easy enough to find and keep with a good one. Cheap unlimited internet access, very stable lines (mine has only gone wonky for a half hour or so when the lines were being upgraded - that is not something to complain about!). And the sales people work with YOU not your wallet.
