Unbelievable, no persons there! Unable to answer calls and no facilities to leave a message. Where is everyone? People are sick and they need access to nhs services. Not every case is COVID. Top this with useless GPs.

If I could give Enfield Referral Services a 0 I would. It s an absolute joke. A GP refers you to a specific consultant whose operated on you before but triage go against Gp requests and scans and decide on physiotherapist intervention. This is ridiculous so a patient has to carry on suffering and not sleeping. Absolutely ridiculous such a shame we don t use Choose and Book system far better than the system you use.

It took them over 3 months to give me an appointment. If a GP refers you to a certain specialised consultant then you expect to see him. No you just put patients who you think. Some consultants specialise for a reason, you should oblige ones request. The service you provide is appalling now it was far better with choose and book system.

It seems that, once a GP sends a request to the ERS, there is no feedback to the patient from either.

The GP can confirm that it has been sent if requested (not automatic), but there is no feedback to the patient that the request has been received by the ERS, processed and referred on, until an appointment is received from a specialist - if it does at all. Patients are in limbo.
