Always available right away, or returns call very quickly. Service is almost always same day. Sometimes they can talk you through your problem without having to come out for a visit. I'm a very happy customer.
Our business rents a copier/scanner/fax from Altek and has done so for many years. They have always managed our needs well and service is provided quickly when needed, minimizing down time. Altek does a great job!
Great company to work with. We purchased a machine from them a couple years ago. The purchasing process was good, but the really great thing that sets them apart is their service. When you call in, Sue is often able to help without sending anyone out, but if they have to come out here they are here quickly and the machine is never down very long. Their service will keep us with them for a long time.
We recently switched to leasing our copiers through Altek. Everything has been extremely smooth sailing, both in setting things up and in the ongoing support/management (of which there has been little need.)
We have been with Altek for many years and have received quality products and service. If anything goes wrong (and that is rare), I can make a phone call to Sue in the service department and she will solve the problem as soon as possible. I highly recommend Altek!

The company I work for uses Altek. As the receptionist, I am usually the first name called out in my office if a machine goes on the fritz. I do not worry because Altek is prompt and thorough. They are polite, professional, and courteous. I've worked with Altek 9+ years. I would definitely advocate we continue our contract with them so as not to compromise quality of service or integrity. Recently, a rep from their competitor came in to try and get in with my company. This rep slung so much mud towards Altek trying to win our business. Not exactly what we look for in a company to do business with.
These folks did an awesome job! We leased 2 copiers, Jared did an awesome job with sales, and service has been excellent. Great company!
The service department at Altek is top of the line. The Service Manager is very knowledgeable and the technicians are always quickly dispatched. Our copier went down yesterday morning. Altek had the technician here where he diagnosed the problem, pinpointed the source and had us running before 10 am. Thank you Justin and Sue!
Love having our Kyocera printer from Altek. This company has the best customer service. I spoke with Shaun today and he was so polite and understanding. He answered all my questions and filled all my request. I am more than happy to work with this company.
