Items arrived on time,I wish it would be packed a little better. Shipping charges were ok,but also could be a little smaller. Not sure what happened,but one of boxes had a blood stain on it. Price was acceptable or probably best a the time. Over all it's recommended seller..

Order the Samsung 49 inches monitor from them, everything is great! The only thing I can say that is bad is that they told me I would get it by Thrusday and I end up having it Friday today, but then again its very very minor. I'm glad I order from them and I would definitely make another purchase too! -Leo

Sent the right PC monitor but included a generic adaptor cable which doesn't match the device.

Had a fraud charge to my credit card from this company...am no where near the UK!!!...$952 USD !...this is outrageous!

Shame we can not put negative reviews, avoid this company by all means possible, it is a complete scam company, I have asked for a refund & they keep telling me that refunds are processed on Wednesdays, this has been going on for 2 weeks & then when I call, they have the cheek to say there is a 50% restocking for goods that weren't even dispatched & then when I ask for the proof of the refund after I finally get a response they say its been sent to the RMA team & then they have to refund it when they have time, I then call & get told thats the way it is & then the guy tells me thats how they do business & if we don't like it, its too bad. There is further things I could write but I think & hope the above is enough to advise anyone of using this "company".

I would give 0 star if that was possible.. Very disappointed with this company!.. I recommend everyone to stay away and shop from other suppliers, please stay away! These guys are completely dodgy and their customer service are useless. I bought 3 Dahua IP cameras and 1 NVR but cameras arrived faulty. I sent cameras back to their technical service and they said your cameras has been tested and working OK (I am not even sure if they even tested) I tried to call their technical support team but its impossible to reach them, either they are not accepting their mistake! Its a very unprofessional company and I recommend everyone to not use their services/products... All they do is wasting your time and money

Placed an order online, received confirmation of the order. Paid for order then got a call to say that Senetic had sold the goods to someone else. The representative from Senetic who called said that they often have this happen and is how they do business!

I had a great experience with them when I recently bought a monitor. It was delivered quickly and is pretty awesome - great value for the price. Overall no issues at all and I think the service was very helpful as well.

Really disappointing order - I have paid for screen following website flow, in a few hours got a call and email with request to pay extra 100E on shipping! Is it so difficult to to update website with right information?!

Tried to buy some very expensive server RAM from these guys because they had the best prices - as soon as I came to checkout I realised why. I very much hope they go out of business, what scum.

We bought few devices, then realised that wouldn't need as much as initially ordered but impossible to get a refund... I've trying calling them, sending emails.. nothing. Won't be buying from them again.
