I look amazing, feel amazing and have had so many compliments on my rejuvenation procedure. I have seen Dr. Lubitz regarding a few things over the past few years. He diagnosed a rash on my hands that has been bothering me for years and the treatments are working. I've also had cosmetic work done (botox and filler) and absolutely love the work he does! Very professional, easy to understand and explains everything he is doing as he does it! Highly recommend.

Boutique clinic in the most beautiful location of Canmore, AB! I was visiting Canmore and saw the billboard on the highway and called the office to see if I could come in the same day. The reception staff member, Celina, made it happen for me and I am over the moon happy! Such professional staff and Dr. Lubitz is amazing! He creates a personal plan for you and explains everything in great detail! I will be back for sure and would highly recommend Art of SKIN Dermatology to anyone. It is worth the drive! When I was living in Calgary it was impossible to get an appointment with a dermatologist so even though I previously had skin cancer I had not had a proper check up in years. When I moved to Canmore I started seeing Dr. Lubitz. He found a number of suspicious moles that needed to be biopsied and removed. One turned out to be Melanoma which is a very scary word for anyone. This was on the side of my nose and quite a bit of tissue needed to be removed so it was quite a complicated procedure. Dr. Lubitz made sure the scarring was minimal - in fact he did such a good job that my friends cannot tell that I had surgery. Through this process I felt very well cared for by Dr. Lubitz and his staff. What could have been a very difficult process was not, thanks to the excellent care I received. I hope I do not have melanoma again since I am now checked regularly, but if I do, I am glad Dr. Lubitz will be here to remove it.

I was referred to dr. Lubitz by my physician to examine the painful sun sensitivity that I experience on my neck. He referred me to his wife ( who works with him) because it was apparently a cosmetic procedure. She suggested that for $100 more I could also get my face treated for sun damage. After 2 treatments on my face and neck and $945.00, I expressed concern that the equipment or operator were not functioning properly because there was zero sensation while receiving the laser pulse treatment and more important, zero evidence of the usual skin response to receiving the treatment. Mrs lubitz then proceeded to tell me it was because I must suddenly be using advanced moisture skin cream, OR experienced a sudden high pain tolerance since the treatment the month before, OR because of my age I wasn't responding OR blah blah blah!! I have never experienced such a litany of excuses, indifference to my concerns and no attempt by either Dr Lubitz or his wife to satisfy my questions or respect how I felt about the situation. Their lack of professionalism and credibility leaves me feeling frustrated, hurt and angry over my experience and I hope no other patient becomes a victim to the way they conduct their business.
I drove to the Clinic (from Calgary) for a consultation, and was told that I would hear back from them within 1 week. Two weeks later I called them to follow-up and was told again that I would get a call back (never did). I then left a message through the website, and again...nothing. Terrible communication.

I got filler in my lips for the first time at Art of Skin and am so happy with the results! I am quite nervous with needles usually but I barely felt anything the whole time. Dr.Lubitz and his team are very welcoming and accommodating.
Dr Lubitz and his entire team (nurses and reception staff) were absolutely fantastic, both in terms of the service provided (outcome / speed of surgery and consults), as well as overall attitude and friendliness. Highly recommend.
Terrible experience. Staff said conflicting information about treatments. The laser badly burned my face during rosacea treatment and I had to miss 4 days of work. The staff was not apologetic at all and made it seem like it was my fault they burned me. No discount offered after. After sharing my story with others at my work I heard a few other horror stories about this place.
The doctors were rude. It was rushed and I came out sobbing and feeling worse about myself than I did when I went it. I would not recommend if you are hoping to feel better at all.
I have been seeing Dr.Lubitz for many years regarding different skin concerns. Most recently have been bothered by the amount of large blood vessels on my face and decided to get them treated. Mallory did 1 laser treatment and the results were outstanding. My wife and children were amazed at what the 1 treatment did. She is incredible at what she does. I went back for a 2nd session to clean up the last few blood vessels with Mallory and highly recommend Dr.Lubitz and his professional staff for any skin concerns.
Everyone at Dr.Lubitz's office was incredibly kind, caring and professional. Dr. Lubitz was so patient and really put me at ease throughout the whole procedure. He made sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job. The nurses were excellent and I highly recommend this office.
Art of SKIN Dermatology is the best clinic I have ever been too! Dr. Lubitz is incredible - extremely knowledgeable and he took the time to explain all aspects of the procedure with me. From walking into the door, I was greeted by the most friendly staff members and was then taken to my room where nurse Becca was compassionate and made me feel at ease. I was able to meet the clinic manager at the end of my appointment as well and she thanked me for coming into the clinic and asked how my experience was, which was a nice added touch! Highly recommend this clinic and thank you all for your professionalism and making me feel comfortable!
Good doctor, but if you're appointment says 10am don't bother showing up until 10:30-10:40 minimum.
Went in for a consult, the nurse that I initially saw was very nice. Although she asked me an unnecesary amount of questions. She kept showing me pictures of skin conditions that looked nothing like what I have. The doctor came in for about 80 seconds. Treated me like a transaction, said $350 and left real fast. I called to change my appointment because I can't afford it this week. The receptionist put me on hold, after 5 minutes someone took my call and hung up on me. I will try a different Dermatologist in Calgary. This place might be more attentive towards cosmetic patients willing to dish out unlimited amounts of cash. If you have accual skin problems I don't recomend this place.

Great experience! The front end staff were friendly and welcoming. The nurses put me at easy with their knowledge and experience. Doctor Lubitz was very thorough and informative. I would love to return for more procedures soon. Very pleased with the work I had done and the follow up assessment care. Hope to see them all again soon. Will recommend to all my buddies for sure.
Do your research before going to Dr. Lubitz! After waiting for months to get in, I was hesitant to book an appointment as I had read multiple negative reviews. Unfortunately, this is the only skin doctor in my area. Once I finally got in, he was pleasant to me and was knowledgable, but had no respect for his nurses. He treated them like uneducated servants and even made one of them cry while I was there. There was another woman (the only employee out of uniform) parading around, yelling at staff, she must have been the manager. I can only imagine what goes on when they do not have patients in the clinic.
After my experience, I asked around and found out that they are notorious for treating staff (and even some patients) poorly. I also discovered that they do not put serious medical cases like cancer on priority if they have cash paying patients to book ($$$ greedy). If you want botox or lipo, great because they can make big money from it. If you have cancer, too bad. They will call you when they feel like it. I know more than one person who found out they had skin cancer from their GP while they had been waiting for weeks to hear from Art of Skin.
It makes sense now that the doctor spent most of my appointment telling me I needed my varicose veins looked at and told me that all my imperfections could be fixed with lasers or some other treatment or cream. Of course, none of them are covered by health care. I didn't even go to him for those reasons, it was all up-selling. This was a miserable experience and I left feeling like they just wanted my money. I will not be going back and I will most certainly warn all my friends to stay away. Make the drive to Calgary if you can.
These guys are great, friendly staff, brilliant physician! I ve seen so many specialist and Dr. Lubitz finally diagnosed me after so many years of suffering. I m so thankful I ve found him.

I went to my physician to get to a dermatology clinic cause im having bad flare up from my eczema its getting really bad that i can't sleep i keep scratching and bleeding all the time my doctor refered me here and its one of the best service i have ever receive, Christina the nurse that accomodated me was very knowledgeable she definetly knows what she is talking about she filled me in with what should i do and gave me a note on how to use each of the medications properly upon asking her cause i tend to forget sometimes one of the best nurse i have talked to ever, and doctor lubitz very professional and straight forward! Thank you so much!
Dr. Lubitz and his staff are very knowledgeable, efficient and kind. I drive four hours round trip to go to here and highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dermatologist. Even if you don t need a dermatologist just swing by and purchase some of their amazing sunscreen!
After seeking help with my skin conditions, I was very fortunate to find the "Art of Skin" clinic.
The staff and Dr Lubitz cannot do enough to make you feel comfortable and want to assist you any way they can.
It has taken me 15-20 years and many dermatologists in the Calgary area to finally locate one that actually cares about the how and why your skin is in the shape it is in.
I cannot recommend them high enough to anyone that has a problem with skin conditions.
