Seneca Resorts & Casinos Review

It was one of the best hotels I have been to. The room was so spacious, modern, the decorations were amazing. The room had a view of the river.

Nice and clean establishment. Crowds are older than on the Canadian side.

Went to the buffet, food was great! Selection was good and everything was hot and fresh.

I used to be a chairman I enjoyed playing Now it's not the same You have too many penny machines even though you could bid higher Atmosphere Different That's one of the reasons I don't go that often

Nice poker room with hourly high hand give away. Concert hall is good size for medium size shows.

The Seneca Niagara is a great place for a summer vacation. There is some remodeling going on but it wasn't an inconvenience. The rooms are very nice and we were given the choice between the American facing side and the Canadian facing side. There are no real views of the falls on either side so we took the American side because it allowed us to check in early.

We did have an issue with the "go green" offer at check in. They offer $10 of Free Play if you decline clean towels daily. This isn't an unusual offer, but we declined it when we checked in. The next day, we noticed the room hadn't been cleaned late into the day and called the desk. We were told that they had entered us under the "go green" program. We told them that we had declined it and were told the room would be cleaned shortly and we would be taken off the list. The next day the same thing happened with the same result. We ended up having the same experience for the next three days. Each time we were told it would be fixed, but the exact same thing happened the next day. It was a minor inconvenience but it was frustrating. However, it didn't sully my opinion of the hotel overall. I will stay there again.

Went for the buffet lunch on Easter Sunday. Very good food was served

Went for valentines day was absolutely wonderful. We stayed in a larger room and couldn't be any happier. I'd give either a 5 but the people before us left a love stain on the chair so I had to cover it.

Wife and I just returned home from a two night stay at the Casino. Rooms were clean, service was excellent, everyone was friendly, we watched the Super Bowl on the jumbo tv with a tailgate food ($$) buffet. What impressed me the most was how friendly and happy ALL the staff were ALL the time.

Much of the infrastructure is showing its age, having been let go for too long. There are finally signs of remodeling and updating of many areas, which is a definite plus. I expect it will merit at least one more star when completed. The Events Center certainly merits at least 4 stars as separate entity.

Its a great place to stay at and detox. The falls are a short walk and perhaps this is the only hotel in the US Side that gives great views of the niagara river. The falls are not that visible but the most was and a beautiful view of the Canada skyline.
The rooms are really nice and well maintained. The bars and restaurants are great to hang out. In case you wish to eat out everything is a short walk away. Try to get rooms in the floors beyond 20th. The fall view rooms have a stunning view. Highly recommend staying here is you are visiting Niagara from the US side.

I had a heatstroke. My mother and I went in a bus tour from WV to here and its yhe worlds amallest casino. Dont do a bus tour if you have the chance because 12 hours and nothing to do or anywhere to sit is a disaster. I wish i could have seen the falls, then it'd be 10/10

Had a great night out at the casino for an event we were attending. I think it would be a good idea to have something like a pass or hand stamp so that I do not need to provide my ID everytime I go through security to get on the floor.

It is a very pleasant place to spend an evening, but could be very costly. The food in the Buffet is excellent. More at a later date.

We had buffet it was cheap and the food was cheap. Not bad but not really good. The casino was out dated nothing like atlantic city! They did have free parking

I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere. Certain machines were hitting but not very big payouts but it was worth the visit. The vibe, people, and staff were very friendly and males me want to come back tho I'm 5.5 hours away LOL

My first time at casino.. It was fun... Especially because I won 70$... There was live music on Saturday! Was awesome!

I like this place. I feel very comfortable at Seneca Niagara, unlike other casinos. Enjoy it more than Foxwoods or Mohegan Sun.

Machine are tire. Would of stayed longer but can keep feeding the machine without winning something , Place is very clean.

I try to go a few times a year but ... Buffet as it is today is awful , I know your remodeling but you've got to be kidding me . You charged full price for some food carts in a hallway . Half of your selections were missing and what was there was bad , really bad .

It has the best buffet I've been to anywhere with excellent service to boot!! Loved it.

Not a bad little Casino. I want a few bucks playing the slots. We did the buffet it's a little hard to take. No outstanding food items and the food was about mediocre-at-best. But I did enjoy leaving the casino watching the falls and coming back. All in all it wasn't a bad day made a few bucks ate some food what else do I need on a Sunday afternoon. Hahaha

Rude meets Smokey. We stayed for 2 days in July with a family of 4. We stayed to visit Niagara Falls, not to gamble. Overall the staff was rude with the exception of 1 or 2. We stayed in a non-smoking room, but the the entire hotel has a strong smell of smoke. We travel 20 to 30 days per year so we stay in a lot of hotels each year. This is one I can not reccomend. Lots of options in the area and I would encourage folks to look around.

Went to buffet. Food was great and service was good to.

My family was disrespect the whole time.. Management talk to us very rude and didn't help us.. Everytime we would ask for anything, they would look at us very different.. I would never go back.. Very racial place..

Rooms were immaculate. We stayed on the 24th floor with a view over the city and falls. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with all of our needs. We didn't gamble, but took advantage of the shops and spa services and will definitely come again.

The cigarette smoke is a deterrent for me. I have asthma and get severe headaches from cigarette smoke. I also don't like coming home & smelling like I smoked a pack of cancer sticks especially since I don't smoke at all. They should put the smokers on the second floor.

Nice casino. Good place to play, stay or see a show. Good place for a convention or trade show.

Guy at the counter did not accept my driver license from India as a proof of age. He wants my passport. Why would anyone carry passport everywhere? Doesn't make sense and my gray hair should be good enough proof too

All the years I've been going and never any decent payouts. But glad they offer something in this pitiful city.

Beautiful hotel and lots of new and old machines to play. Comps are also very good. Nice friendly staff everywhere except Tim Hortens but at least there is a Timmy's there!

Lot of fun, Love it. Centrally located, ez parking, LaCascata is great.

Great place, but the no smoking area is too small compare to smoking area

We just went into the casino part of the hotel. It was beautiful. But just a little confusing with the layout. Otherwise I loved it. Much better than the ones in Chicago/Gary, Indiana

Should have better smoking arrangement. Being an exsmoker I did not enjoy walking around getting blasted by it. Also need better signage we got lost coming from parking garage and trying to find "underground" tunnel to Sheraton. The tunnel is not fully underground so be prepared for the weather.

Great games great food and most off all can smoke in this place and as a smoker that's awsome for me.

Went for the buffet, turns out if you sign up as a member you get a free buffet voucher. Buffet itself was nothing special, although they did have a customize your own freshly made pasta station

Staff has gotten very slow. I waited an hour to get a drink.. machines are not paying out enough.. l spent three hours there and no one around me won anything. Machine are to tight..
I Remember when they first opened there were a lot of staff catering to the patronage and the Machines paid often.. l go less often now..

Casino is a decent size and spaced out good. Slots can be tough here to win. Service can be improved as it can get slow. They have plenty of food options including a buffet.

I am impressed with the Seneca Casino and it's buffet. I saw many different gaming machines my husband and I enjoyed. Friendly staff and clean restrooms. Since we have never been to this casino in Niagara falls we received free buffet and saved 62.00. it was also crab leg night and people were lined up for these. Oh wait here is the killer part all drinks are FREE! With alcohol or without.....just like Vegas...... please tip your server, they are working very hard.

Went to the spa. They had great service and the massage I had was early one of the best I've ever had.

Amazing view. Very clean and up to date. Wonderful staff and a lot of fun.

HVAC needs to be better, strong smoke in the area made it in comfortable for us nonsmokers

Dont do Valet!!!! You will be waiting forever and the staff is really rude
