Large spacious store with all the major labels from around the world. The staff a pleased to help you with anything. It would be easy to spend thousands in here.

Many luxuruous brands in one place, but is a small shopping center and a bit gloomy for my taste.. It's not a center in which one can enjoy shopping..

It was a magical place that for a moment showed me how the other half live. The door opening by employees was a very nice touch that made me feel welcome.

London s famous department store. Selfridges has everything!

Selfridges is a great place to shop especially if you are an adult. They have loads of different designers.
I came to shop for kids. They have Kenzo ralplh Lauren and a massive part for Burberry. I love Stella Maccartney and bought one of their coats and I love it. I just think for kids their is not a Wide selection. However if you love Smiggle you will find a good selection in here. Happy Shopping

One of the oldest and best Department stores in the world with everything you could want to buy from food to clothing and everything else in-between. Been coming here for more that forty years, keep up the good work...

It's one of the most luxurious and well known around the world shopping center! You can't go wrong here!!

Huge range of good quality products. Not always the cheapest, but there always someone on hand to help with any questions.

Shopping here takes the experience to a great height indeed. Be sure they charge you for the marked price...in my case they charged considerably more than the tag indicated.

Amazing store, lots of friendly staff. And so much to see and do. Their seasonal sections eg Christmas are very impressive. In some ways more impressive than Hamleys

Really awful customer service at the women s Moncler at selfridges London. I really liked the jacket so it s the only reason I purchased it but the buying experience was extremely poor. They didn t have any sizes, the label was coming off and they were rude. Buy online so you don t have to deal with their poorly trained sales staff.

Arguably the definitive department store. Smarter people go here and not Harrods.

One of the biggest stores in London is an institution. Very convenient to find rare perfumes that are not found in other stores of the capital. However it's too noisy and it lacks the luxurious side and felted

I like visiting this store when in town. Today was madness, people meandering about without any regard for others, kids running around tripping up adults, all around jam packed.

Love their seasonal products, the amazing selection of teas. Didn't make the clothing floors, I just didn't have the energy to dodge the people.

Looked at the sparkly pegasus which we spotted from afar whilst trudging around in the rain.

Always an absolute pleasure; relaxing shopping excursion, can t ever go wrong with this place! Highly advised it s a reason it s stood the test of time!

Also great food should you feel peckish.

Five Stars all the way. Selfridges is "the" destination on Oxford Street. I just wish I could visit more often !

The accessories wing has a champagne bar! You can find everything here, even high end electronics.

Not valid to online shopping. Huge problems with webpage, stock, basket and payments. No coordination between them. Worst online shopping on earth

As a place to go and browse, Selfridges is unparalleled. As a place to actually buy stuff? Not so much. Places are on par or higher than any other store and can get ve4y hectic on weekends or during sales. Still kinda essential I guess, especially if you're minted.

Superb, but tax refund should be done immediately based on passport.

Its awsome place you can find everything but people who is in the till makes you feel a little uncomfortable bcs avoid the eye contact and sometimes forget the manner in customer service

Absolutely a beautiful place to shop. The staff are perfectly groomed, the layout is easy to access with wide aisles, and the men's floor is fantastic (especially the staff in the underwear department )

The toilets are immaculate, the shop is neat, the staff make everyone feel welcome and special which is a massive boost for anyone.

Crazy big department store full of everything you can imagine. Some nice friendly concierge type guides standing around might be helpful for shoppers.

Would have given 0 stars. But can't Wil and won't use these people ever again. Customer service. Didn't send item. Told 3days for refund waited told 5 days told contact bank. Bank said no selfridges have to contact us. Phoned selfridges again. Told 24hrs nearly 6 days they have done absolutely NOTHING.

Too big for my taste. They have a shoe repair downstairs which offer belt punching. Unfortunately the day I came the tool was broken and they were waiting for a new one.

Such a delightful store, the atmosphere is lovely. There is a wonderful cross-section of products available. Well worth a visit through the Foods area.

One of rooftop restaurant in London, The Roof Deck. Nice atmosphere but quite busy during weekends. We had waited for 45min to have a table for lunch

Poor food quality and too much salt in the food. Desert combination was just fat and sugar. The room inside was rather stuffy and pretty much we were struggling to have wine without being sweaty.
