VA resident. I got a letter on 6/8/2020 saying I was owed money on the car they auctioned. They told me 30-45 days to "PROCESS". I call after the 45 days and its still "PROCESSING". They tell me wait 120 days....I call after Oct 30 and they say its "STILL PROCESSING". The manager gives me the run around whenever I talk to her.... its now Nov 6 and when I called now I'm not getting an answer.... what the hell is up with this company??? I just don't understand if they sold my car and they have the money why can't I get it and what has to "PROCESS"???
