Resort? I guess it's relative term, but know that the units are 398.5 square foot manufactured homes... Silvercrest "Park" model. If that works for you, then you'll like it here.
Positives: It's a nice facility. Staff is helpful and polite and units are clean. The grounds are nicely landscaped and the swimming pools, Jacuzzi's and laundry facilities are great and the entire place is clean and well maintained.
Negatives: Small, tight living quarters. Cost cutting was apparent during my stay with bed, sofa, pillows, linens, dishware, and cutlery being rather sub par. Cookware, serving dishes, mixing bowls, etc. are average to below average timeshare quality. If you choose to stay here, you might want to bring your own pillows... and maybe your chef's knife and a quality fry/saute pan if you plan to prepare meals.
More positives: If you like quiet, you may appreciated the remote location at the outskirts of Sedona. There are decent timeshare activities for guests. We attended a storyteller/folk singing show that a local couple put on and enjoyed it. Hiking/Mtb trails... awesome!
