Once we got settled in the stay was nice. Disappointed that the staff didn't do more to get us in earlier than anticipated. After all we drove 1500 miles just to spend time there. Won't be back again.

The place is great! Nobody is bugging us to buy a timeshare. Just be friendly but firm and say you are NOT interested! Units are nice...clean and well stocked. The Bistro has an excellent dinner menu. Try the rib steak!!! Yummy!!!

This place is a bit outdated. On the POSITIVE side...The units are individually detached cottages with a balcony, lots of light coming in, has dedicated parking just outside the unit. Everything in the unit works, no issues whatsoever (no oven though); the layout is better than most single-bedroom apartments. I was comfortable. More importantly, the customer service including the front desk, housekeeping, trash removal, groundskeeping are commendable.
I wish the owner sees this review again. I was in the car with my relative driving as I started to write my review. When it was time to get off the car, I mistakenly clicked the Submit button after the first sentence.

We own three time shares but decided to listen to the presentation at this beautiful retreat. Never have we been to such a low key pleasant, even funny, presentation. No hard sale. We told them from the beginning we were curious but absolutely would not purchase. The woman who was our rep was delightful, funny. NO ONE HARD PRESSURED US OR MADE US FEEL LIKE LOW LIFE BECAUSE WE DID NOT PURCHASE. By the way we would have purchased because it is a better deal than ICE, DISNEY, or INTERVAL INTERNATIONAL. Those are the ones we own.

Came here to celebrate my partner's and I's birthday. Some of the amenities were closed due to covid, but the spa, pool, and mini golfing were open. On top of that, the office staff made sure social distancing was in place and was safe in how they operated. We came in three hours before our reservation time and they were very accommodating and was able to get us checked-in. They have a cute little movie selection where you can rent out a movie and watch it on the DVD player in the cottage. Overall, the cottage was very clean and cute !! Some of the cottages have a running water feature by them which was lovely to go to sleep and wake up to. It is also a 15 minute drive to sedona , but regardless the views surrounding the cottages were amazing. My partner and I were satisfied with our four day stay and will definitely be coming back again.

The facility is showing it's age and the lodging is nothing more than single wide trailers with a stucco finish.

The Italian restaurant on site believes they are a 4 star restaurant by the prices they charge but honestly it's typical of any other Italian restaurant.

The staff is accommodating and helpful .

There is plenty other lodging in the area that is cheaper unless you need a two bedroom unit. Be warned though, it is not attached you have a separate mini room in the single wide next door.

Stayed here in the beginning of July. Did NOT expect a poorly built trailer park. Also did not expect moldy badly maintained water features, mosquito- infested! My legs looked like I had a disease by the time I left from all the bites. I can understand (sort of) the wild pigs by our unit, as the place is not fenced, also the tarantulas in the middle of the pathways.

Excellent resort and amenities 4.5* Lovely casitas, great italian restaurant and entertainment salt water pool...ooh, la, la..., loved the art classes with Art Gecko (wish I could take him home as my teacher for a while), even the put put golf, and the flutist, Jesse and friend. Had such a relaxing time and it was close to Red Rocks State Park, great groceries and downtown for other activities.

Went on a tour here. It is a nice clean place, and in a beautiful location. The accommodations look really nice and we look forward to staying in the future. It's not right in town, but just a short drive..... no big deal! The 2nd bedroom is separate from the main unit. Love that!! Nice decks to sit on and easy parking.

This resort just junk called my cell phone, sounded like a call center from the Philippines. Not cool, not cool. I don't care what kind of word-of-mouth special discount you have on rooms, I really don't like my day interrupted to tell me that.

This place was a time share pitch pit. We were shown pictures of the place in town as part of the pitch ours did not look like that. The one during the pitch however was very nice. We did not sign and will not be back.

Resort? I guess it's relative term, but know that the units are 398.5 square foot manufactured homes... Silvercrest "Park" model. If that works for you, then you'll like it here.

Positives: It's a nice facility. Staff is helpful and polite and units are clean. The grounds are nicely landscaped and the swimming pools, Jacuzzi's and laundry facilities are great and the entire place is clean and well maintained.

Negatives: Small, tight living quarters. Cost cutting was apparent during my stay with bed, sofa, pillows, linens, dishware, and cutlery being rather sub par. Cookware, serving dishes, mixing bowls, etc. are average to below average timeshare quality. If you choose to stay here, you might want to bring your own pillows... and maybe your chef's knife and a quality fry/saute pan if you plan to prepare meals.

More positives: If you like quiet, you may appreciated the remote location at the outskirts of Sedona. There are decent timeshare activities for guests. We attended a storyteller/folk singing show that a local couple put on and enjoyed it. Hiking/Mtb trails... awesome!

Sedona Pines is a fantastic place for a quick getaway without the busyness of being in the heart of a very touristy Sedona. The individual cottages are great because I don't feel like I'm sharing any walls with neighbors. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the prices are very reasonable. There is plenty to do in this beautiful town. We've been to Sedona Pinned before with family and we will definitely be coming back again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at SPR. The casitas are great. The kitchen had everything you needed to do real cooking. The pool and pool area are nice (some construction is going on for the hot tub). Very convenient location. Red Rocks State Park is right up the road and Sedona just slightly further. You are very near Sedona (great for shopping, eating and activities) but just barely outside Sedona (for relaxing). We plan to return in the future!

It is semi secluded and quiet. The pool hours did not make sense they were open till 8 on weekends and 6 during the week. The reason was the covid virus. Does that even make sense? Plus the temperature was 105 degrees.

Sedona is a beautiful area. Sedona Pines Resort i...

Sedona is a beautiful area. Sedona Pines Resort is about 5 miles from town and about 15 miles from Cottonwood. We are a family of 6 so we rented a 2 bedroom unit. The small unit was across a walkway from the main unit. Both were extremely small. The smaller one only had a bed -- not even a refrigerator. The main unit was only comfortable enough for 2 people but we had to squeeze 4 people into it. The table is small so we couldn't all eat together.

There is now a $10 per day fee. We could not figure out what it was for. We were there before and nothing has been added to warrant the extra $70 per week! This left a negative mark for us on this resort.

The grounds are well maintained. They ration the garbage bags in your unit. We asked for more and was only given one. If you want more, you have to ask every day. The pool is very nice and well maintained.

The sales room and the meeting room could be combined, making way for a pool table and indoor ping pong table for teenagers.

I would not recommend this resort to families with teenagers or a large family. The units are too small and the amenities too few. In our opinion and from our recent experience, this resort would be best for retired couples.

I love that everyone has their own home. No hotel here, more like a park community. Fountains around the park make sure you don't hear traffic and everyone is so friendly.. since this is a timeshare for me, I will definitely be staying here in the future.

OMG The food was gourmet. I would had never found it, but went for happy hour and so many people raved about the food. The place is like a luncheonette, but serves breakfast, lunch and Dinner. My wife had salmon and. I surf n turf. The food that came with our meals were unbelievable my wife and I ate the sides before the meal because they were "close your eyes" good. Careful not to order too much because the desserts are awesome also. Not a big place, but a big secret.

Very clean and well maintained facility. We had a 1 bedroom and it was cozy and comfortable for 2. Would not want to have 4 in there. Easy to get to all the sights in Sedona. Lots of activities although we did not participate in them.

Excellent place to stay but don't give in to the sales pitch for Saffire Resorts. They are high pressure sales pitch and kicked me out for multitasking. Heaven forbid you don't give them 100% attention. If it was a really great purchase they wouldn't care if an old lady does some simple stitching.

Excellent attention, super comfortable, pool, games and complete apartment
It is far from the center, it does not have a view of the reddish mountains, but it is close and it is located in a private neighborhood in the middle of nature

Peaceful, comfy rooms and maybe 4 miles from sedona downtown. Great for small families unless they have larger rooms. Ours had a queen bed and a sofa in the living room. People with 2 kids may want to explore more options.

It's Sedona Arizona. That's a plus right there. It was snowing part of the time and even though these places are modular like a mobile home they are very comfortable and warm or cool if you need it. We had a great time here. They even had a poker tournament at the restaurant which was for play money. You can't beat the location either. Close to trails or shopping.

I was so disappointed with the customer service here. I signed up to listen to their sales pitch in return for Sedona jeep tour tickets. I get there in time for my scheduled tour I am met with the tour receptist who had an attitude it seemed like but whatever. I fill out my paperwork when I return it i am told that because I marked cohabiting as my status that I was not eligible to take the tour. Ummm why not? So she checks and says ok you can. She is getting ready to assign us a tour guide when some person higher up said no we aren't eligible. So we left without the tour and without the tickets. The fact that they treated a POTENTIAL customer like this is horrible customer service to me. I can tell you for sure if I was ever thinking of staying here or recommending it to friends and family forget it. Never now.

My fiance' and I bought a helecopter ride for two over Sedona and with it we were asked to attend a 120 min presentation at Sedona Pines Resort. It was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and the offer was really great. It is a great experience for anyone to try! We definitely plan to return!

I like it here because you feel like your in the country. It's a casual place. The staff is friendly. They have a pool, hot tubs, miniature golf and a restaurant with live entertainment on the weekends.

Lovely resort! Mixture of casitas and RV parking. Great pools and hot tub. Italian restaurant on site. About 5 miles from town. Clean and comfortable. Hot air ballons came over each morning between 5:30am and 6am--so pretty! Highly recommended. Check out the floor plans to see if the configuration works for you.

Nice resort. Clean. Good location.

Nice resort. Clean. Good location.
Far enough away from in town Sedona yet still convenient. Wish there had been washer/dryer in the unit. Was clean and well equipped but was basically a single wide trailer not a condo style unit we usually stay in. Mattress should be replaced. Lots of activities.
