I have not been able to receive a call from my love one since 01/08/2020 and have been call this company once or twice every day and they have been given me the runaround and can be very rude.

The employees are bullies. The management is ineffectual.
Robbery legit cuts off in middle of legal conversation can't reach a live customer service representative. to report the cut off it Sucks! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has a love one incarcerated,oh but you can get the do you want to add money robot!
I work here AND use their services. I have a loved one that is incarcerated and was able to use the products that my company creates. I am able to use the emessaging product to send quick messages and send pictures. I've also been able to send money via the inmate debit product.
Did you know Securus has in their contracts to completely eliminate face to face visitsin jails all together?..predators themselves.
NEGATIVE 5 STARS review for me , you can see in the list all bad reviews this company had, they are crooks. they never give you credits for what ever happen with their bad system they had. but do not owed nothing to them cause they block you out.
this is the only company offering this service, that is why , they stole money from people without any problems, I paid 3.00 fee for 3.15 cent I owed them (crooks). if were another company I will swap instantly.
may be they share spoiles with jail system.
Connection was down first time i tried to use, but called and and got a quick refund. reallly nice people.
This is possibly one of the worst companies I've ever ran into in my life. Keeping in mind that inmates are human beings that deserve to talk to their families and if I drive all the way to the jail for a 20 minute visit just to have it cancelled due to technical difficulties I'm of course going to hate this company. If it happened just once I would understand but it happens over and over. Video visits are my only option when I've spent over $100 in 5 days for a few phone calls that also always have technical difficulties. This company sucks and takes no accountability or effort to make issues better they blame it on the jail. While they're making millions off people whose loved ones are incarcerated. What a joke.

Just so you're aware, I contacted your company 5 times yesterday to ask where my verification email was at, as it didn't arrive. I couldn't use my account until I confirmed the email.
Your LIVE chat feature failed each of those times after waiting in the queue from position 10-14 down to position #1. I also tried calling you as well, which also failed. I doubt you care, considering your clientele are incarcerated, but your product support is absolute garbage as of yet. If I didn't have to utilize you for finding out some key information about my sibling, I would avoid you forever, based solely off this experience. To boot, you had no problem accepting and pre-charging my credit card account for our billing, yet you wouldn't allow me to use the service. I mean, this is complete inept behavior from a company as large as you are.
I don't anticipate any reply or any sort of improvement, but I figured I would try to let you know of the errors in the event you had your clientele in mind at all.
Terrible don't ever work here managers are slave drivers if you're even 1 minute late or they see you at your desk on their library pc you're still late.
It is what it is. Use Google voice for an intown area code for anyone that doesn't have the same one for whichever facility they are calling.
They have helped me out in multiple occasions and is always available to answer any questions. I had them do surveillance and they have always been extremely detailed with their reports and observations.
My LO voice recognition went down!!! And it has been since mid June, and no one has rectified the issue... I have called, facility and Securus and both of them just blame the other... The first time I called, they didn't even know what facility he was at, that he had been transferred, nothing... They were clueless.. The blame the facility for all issues, and the facility blames them. No one gets strait answer, a technician has still not been to the facility to re-record the voice recognition so that my kid can makes calls... It is absolute trash! They are supposed to be the leading inmate connection company with their call center folks who have dry without remorse responses, and can't help you with nothing but processing payments... Bunch of BS
My experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Couldn't remember my password. They couldn't answer any questions without it!!! DUH!!! That's what I was calling about. The customer service person was rude!!

Keeping having on my prepaid account where when my husband calls he can't hear me at all so he hangs up and calls right back. They gave me back my $3.35 last week when it happened. But this evening when it happened, i called customer service and they charged me the $3.35 for the call he couldn't hear me, i asked to speak to a supervisor and they didn't let me. I have kept money on account since March and have spent alot of money with this company and they want to be petty over $3.35, when that cut into the money for my last phone call, so now i can't accept my husband call in the morning. With as much money as your company has made off me from March 2017 till today, your company should have no problem giving me my $3.35 for that call. How dumb are they ? Why would i accept call from my husband and him hang up in less then a minute ? Only reason is cause your phone system keeps messing up so he can't hear me. Now your company wants to take extra money from me for every call I accept where my husband can't hear me. You ate very petty company.
The company is a fraud!!!! They don't have unlimited calls to no correction facility. This is not a real company.
