Very good service, fast and effective what should change the payment system with cards when I did not have internet and now check and I had been charged 3 times. Also the person who called the official number did not give a solution when this happened. Well just change the payment system and give more training to the customer service because the truth that does not work.

Totally worth the money to have your bags wrapped before flying!! On our flight from Chicago to Miami, our bags were pretty banged up, thanks to mishandling by the airline. However, on the way home, we had a new bag which was soft-sided that we didn't want getting torn up, so we decided to give it a shot. It worked awesomely!! Our new bag still looks brand new, and our other ones didn't get torn up anymore.

Approximately at 2:15 a.m. from 03/31/2019, at the airport "EL ALTO", La Paz, Bolivia, I contracted the Secure Wrap service to protect my backpack. During the packing, the operator of "Secure Wrap" made a hole with a cutting tool in the plastic wrap, to allow access to the handle of the backpack and place a sticker "Secure Wrap". By making that cut, THE "Secure Wrap" OPERATOR DAMAGED ONE OF THE BELTS OF MY BACKPACK! I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THAT, IN THIS CASE, THE AIRLINE COMPANY DID NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE LUGGAGE, BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS PRODUCED BY THE "SECURE Wrap" OPERATOR, DURING THE PACKAGING, BEFORE DISPATCHING THE LUGGAGE TO THE AIR COMPANY. I understand that "Secure Wrap" must compensate me for the damage by buying a new backpack of the same model and sending it to my address or paying me the value of the backpack purchase. It's been over a month and a half since I registered the damage to my luggage. First, "Secure Wrap" answered me that I was going to send a backpack equal to the damaged one. Then, "Secure Wrap" requested my bank details because I was going to make a transfer. To this day, I did not receive the backpack or the money. As a result, I am without a backpack, which I urgently need, as soon I will travel again. CAUTION COM "Secure Wrap" !!!

Awful customer service. Couldn't pay by cash because no 50dollars change. I had to wait for 30 minutes until I decided to pay with a card. The woman broke the ticket and it was impossible to get a duplicate. Meaning that I travelled with no proof of the payment...

On the day of July 24, 2019, at the Miami International Airport, they treated me very badly, Mr. Jorge BV, or something like that, because when I wanted to see his name on the sack's identification card, he was annoyed by the tip, paid with a credit card because he did not have any cash, he did not give me a receipt, or insurance, I claimed it when packing the second suitcase, referring in a derogatory way to Argentines, for the tip, receipt and insurance, I just got it, several minutes later through their supervisor, hire employees who want to work, and not do their own business, because It affects the image and service of your company, or include the tip in the price, the attention the day of the date was unpleasant and pathetic. I wish I understood what the point of doing this is. If TSA wants in your bag, they will open it anyway. Seems like a waste of $15 but people seemed to line up for it here. I wish I would have thought of this business plan. They are raking in cash.

Better price than inside the airport, they go to your house and you can know in advance if you have the right pounds. Great service. They only need to correct the access phones that appear on the web page in which no one answers.

I went to the place today to rape my suitcases and I left disgusted I wanted to rap my suitcase the man who is ahy and if he does not want to work that goes to his house There is no worse wedge than the same suit, what they have is a pile of bums

This place I recommend is cheaper to do at the airport and insurance if the tsa breaks the wrap in your packages. There is an employee of this company who wraps the package again. I assure you because it happened to me

The company has to improve the wrap baggage protection service in Miami international. I couldn't make the payment by credit card because the connection didn't work. So fortunately I had some cash in my wallet and I paid them but this is not acceptable today where more transactions are made by credit card. And after my payment I had to wait half an hour (more or less) for the receipt because their system didn't work.

I called them to come to do the service for 5 briefcases and they told me that they charge the same as in the airport 15 for bulk, however in the promotion they give they say it's 9.99 in short everything is a lie.

A ball of corrupt. They say that with the purchase receipt they will return it to you if the security opens it. It turns out that security opened my suitcase so I could check it and I had to go back to wrap it. So I went to the booth and gave the receipt to the manager of Secure Wrap at Terminal 1 of the Mexico City airport. The receipt has the date and time, position number, and the number of the operator who attended me. However, the manager said it was not enough. He gave me excuses: 1. "If the airline opened it for you, I'm not going to rewrap it for you." I told him it wasn't the airline, it was airport security. 2. "The security officer who opened your suitcase has to be the one to take it and rewrap it" I told him that the security officer told ME that I had to go and rewrap it. 3. "Then I need the signature of the officer who opened it." I asked him if he would go with me to get the signature. He went with me to the security gate and then he said he couldn't get through, just me. I told him to wait for me, I went and spoke to one of the security managers. I sign my receipt with the name of the officer who checked my suitcase. 4. I went back to the Secure Wrap manager and he said, "That's not good enough for me, young man." At this point he was already furious. I asked him what else he wanted. He said he needed the original plastic with the orange ticket that he brings. 5. At this point I stop following. I went to find the trash can where I threw the plastic and thank God I found it. It was underneath a banana peel and other garbage. I had to find the manager again, I gave him the plastic and he finally re-wrapped it, I guess why I didn't know what other excuse to use. I am sick of this type of corruption in Mexico. How much is the stupid plastic worth ???

Excellent service and attention from the operators. I had a flight through the airline GOL and the operator Nelson Pausa helped me travel with 2 suitcases that were overweight. Thanks to Nelson and his help getting a briefcase more I can travel without worries.

I never travel without protecting my luggage. Excellent customer service! Quick and easy, and if TSA opens my luggage Secure Wrap rewraps it for free! I use Secure Wrap because it is the only way for me to travel knowing that nothing was removed or quite possibly even inserted from my check in luggage. Only way to travel internationally with peace of mind!

Happy with the service in the sense that they were able to wrap my bags same day of my trip but the person the came was very rude, on top of that he didn t have cash change and he told me to pay him through cashapp and later on called me saying how I didn t pay him the extra fee for taking the money same day from cashapp and told me do not call for services anymore ...

I don't know if they change their policy, but I was force to pay in cash because they said they do not have a POS (Point of Sales System) in the afternoons which it make them as a company look cheaty and unprofessional.
