Approximately at 2:15 a.m. from 03/31/2019, at the airport "EL ALTO", La Paz, Bolivia, I contracted the Secure Wrap service to protect my backpack.

During the packing, the operator of "Secure Wrap" made a hole with a cutting tool in the plastic wrap, to allow access to the handle of the backpack and place a sticker "Secure Wrap".

By making that cut, THE "Secure Wrap" OPERATOR DAMAGED ONE OF THE BELTS OF MY BACKPACK!

I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THAT, IN THIS CASE, THE AIRLINE COMPANY DID NOT HAVE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE LUGGAGE, BECAUSE THE DAMAGE WAS PRODUCED BY THE "SECURE Wrap" OPERATOR, DURING THE PACKAGING, BEFORE DISPATCHING THE LUGGAGE TO THE AIR COMPANY.

I understand that "Secure Wrap" must compensate me for the damage by buying a new backpack of the same model and sending it to my address or paying me the value of the backpack purchase.

It's been over a month and a half since I registered the damage to my luggage.

First, "Secure Wrap" answered me that I was going to send a backpack equal to the damaged one.

Then, "Secure Wrap" requested my bank details because I was going to make a transfer.

To this day, I did not receive the backpack or the money.

As a result, I am without a backpack, which I urgently need, as soon I will travel again.

CAUTION COM "Secure Wrap" !!!
