I worked with Michelle H during one of our patient's hospital stay. Michelle is a great case manager. She listened well, returned calls quickly and had great interest in what was going on with our patient. She was able to provide needed information to her medical staff in order to certify patient for additional days when needed. It was a joy to work with Michelle.

My case manager Sharol Minter has been awesome! She regularly checks on me to see how I am doing and always goes out of her way to make sure I am getting everything I need from my benefits. When questions or problems have come up, she is always there to assist me and resolve the issue. So thankful for her as she she has helped me to focus on getting better while she handles my insurance needs. Compassionate customer service!

Absolutely the worst insurance I have ever had, and I work for a hospital. It is unbelievable how narrowly they limit the providers you can see and get coverage with. Their website is conviluted and difficult to navigate. Their representatives give incorrect information and send you on wild goose chases to try and find what you need from outside sources. Absolutely the biggest waste of money and crappiest insurance ever. Bad enough to make someone start looking for employment elsewhere because having this insurance isn't a benefit, it's a nightmare.

Whitney Sapp has been so patient with my myriad of questions related to health plans, insurance and medical providers. Since being diagnosed with breast/lymph node cancer, she has been with me to answer all of my concerns. She's a great listener and if she doesn't have the answer immediately, she always gets back to me in a timely fashion. She's maybe clairvoyant... I was set to call her this afternoon and the phone rang. She was checking up on me!

Tonya is my case manager and she is an excellent representative. She follows through, answers all questions and she is also very concern that things get done in a timely manner. I can truly say that she brings a lot to Securehealth. Very valuable employee to your organization. I wish that there were more people out there like her. I very much appreciate you Tonya. I have had repeated problems with claims processing over the last 3 years. I have literally had to chase my reimbursements. I clearly mark my MD visit forms with "Send Payment to Patient" .Secure Health repeatedly sends the money to the MD office....MD office either sends it back (or in some cases never receives it). Secure Health then doesn't even send the money back to me. I have to call and check to see if I have a "balance". Latest issue is a glitch with Secure Health and the electronic system recognizing "Box32" on the electronic filings from the MD office. Funny thing, one of the MD office said they didn't even electronic file theirs...it was faxed! So frustrated and exhausted trying to get my money!!! As a retiree, I should not have to do this with EVERY MD visit!!!!

My daughter had a kidney transplant in April of last year. Tonya Kimsey was assigned as our medical management case manager. She has been absolutely wonderful and CRITICAL to the entire process. She has ensured all necessary documents, prior authorizations, and numerous other tasks were in place prior to and post transplant. Tonya genuinely cares about the health of our daughter which she displays in the thoroughness of her job responsibilities, a compassionate tone of voice, and her attitude of "patients first". We are so thankful for the providers that have cared for our daughter, but equally important, the role that Tonya plays in our daughter's care through the case management division of Secure Health.
