Whitney Sapp has been so patient with my myriad of questions related to health plans, insurance and medical providers. Since being diagnosed with breast/lymph node cancer, she has been with me to answer all of my concerns. She's a great listener and if she doesn't have the answer immediately, she always gets back to me in a timely fashion. She's maybe clairvoyant... I was set to call her this afternoon and the phone rang. She was checking up on me!
