My daughter had a kidney transplant in April of last year. Tonya Kimsey was assigned as our medical management case manager. She has been absolutely wonderful and CRITICAL to the entire process. She has ensured all necessary documents, prior authorizations, and numerous other tasks were in place prior to and post transplant. Tonya genuinely cares about the health of our daughter which she displays in the thoroughness of her job responsibilities, a compassionate tone of voice, and her attitude of "patients first". We are so thankful for the providers that have cared for our daughter, but equally important, the role that Tonya plays in our daughter's care through the case management division of Secure Health.
