one morning on april the 4th,no water in my house....

one morning on april the 4th,no water in my house.I called the mwa curtomer service and they told me my water was cut for impayed bill.I sent a check by mail on march the 5th,of 82.50$ they told me never received.they told me calling me twice,never receiver any call.they told me sending me an e.mail never received any e,mail.strange !!!! but the day they came to cut my water I was at home.nobody ring the bell telling me they was here to cut the water,that should be the minimum of politness.they just cut the water and left.this company should learn how to be fair and be nice with there customer who are not responsable for the bad work of the administration and post office.at least to comunicate with there customer instead of acting like nazi !!!!!!!!!!!!I woukd like to remind that the underground water they pump is not mwa property but everybody property,it is a people belonging.ok

First of all, monopolies are supposed to be illega...

First of all, monopolies are supposed to be illegal in this country. ( Sherman Act of 1890, the Clayton Act of 1914 and the Federal Trade Commission Act of 1914). However, if you live in Macon, Georgia you have no choice but to obtain your water from this anti-customer company. Secondly, if you are one hour late on your water bill they charge you a late fee! Three months after I started buying an empty house, (that had been empty for years WITH a water meter, they pull the water meter with various excuses. Then they expect me, the new homeowner to foot the bill for a new one to be placed, even though it had absolutely nothing to do with me! These are atrocious and customer-punitive practices. And we as customers have no choice but to pay such outrageous fees because if not, we can't have water!!! (A basic life necessity).

I put a call into customer service this morning at...

I put a call into customer service this morning at 10:57 am.stating I had a small pin leak and I could not get the city valve to budge so I could shut my water off to make a repair. I spoke with Heather who was very professional. She stated she would open a job order. A short time later, a service professional, Mr Mimms, was digging out the old valve and replacing it. Repair was complete by 12:40 pm. I couldn't ask for better service...

We used to have a well for water and it worked fin...

We used to have a well for water and it worked fine. Then we were forced to switch to MWA. Now our water doesn t work about once a week and it ll start working again later that day but it will be brown. So once again no shower for me today.

I see Macon water authority decided to take my pos...

I see Macon water authority decided to take my post ( Down) is instead of disconnecting a (illegal water) at 2767 mint green Lane lot 52 y'all decide to take my post down , even after calling customer service to report this. MWA said they would disconnect, But it's all the way on, and all the way open .( Dam it, I won't free Water) also this is absurd wrong and wrong and outrageous, for the Macon water authority to in-service non-paying thieving thief of water on at this address. This is why customers have to pay high water

They have cut my waTer off before and claimed because my payment was received late,but when I told her it was not late cause I'm looking at it online suddenly they are sending someone out to reconnect it,now I've got a tampering charge for somewhere between Jan and now ,but water has been on,I,shady and rude
