I worked with Michelle H during one of our patient's hospital stay. Michelle is a great case manager. She listened well, returned calls quickly and had great interest in what was going on with our patient. She was able to provide needed information to her medical staff in order to certify patient for additional days when needed. It was a joy to work with Michelle.
