SCAM!!!
Took my money a week ago, never give me confirmation or tracking number. where is my filters?
Just get filters from Lowes or somewhere else.

I first tried them out when they were known as FilterEasy...their name might ve changed, but they re still the same great company. I love that they offer a trial when you subscribe and send your first filters free...you don t even have to pay for shipping! Then they charge you every month, 2 months, 3 months, etc. depending on when you need the filters. And you can cancel/pause anytime, no issues. Best part is I don t have to remember to go to the store to get the filters. So easy and convenient! Thanks y all!

I have been subscription with this company for near 2 years. They only sent me 1 of 2 filters a month ago and I have contacted them 4 times with no solutions. Once I get my second filter I purchased, I am canceling my service. Loyal customer to a disfranchised customer. Thanks a lot.

I cancelled my account with them since I lost my job to Covid. Somehow it was reinstated and I was charged money that I need to SURVIVE. I called to explain and received no sympathy and was told I could not receive a refund even if I sent the filters back. BEWARE GIVING THIS COMPANY YOUR INFO!

Awful customer service. Don t waste your time. Filter Easy was a better company. All these 5 star reviews are fake.

Filters are ok, but I changed to every 6 months as it's summer. They continue with 3 months. Won't refund or cancel. Last one came broken. Now I have two I don't need and a negative bank account

I recently started using Second Nature filters. I just removed my first filter to put in the second filter. I was overwhelmed to see how much "dirt" had been trapped in the 1st filter in just 2 months!! I am delighted and highly recommend these great filters! Fantastic!!

Our landlord forces us as part of our lease to use this company. A complete and utter scam out of extra fee from the landlord every month. Got my little folded filter in the mail. What a joke.

Horrible customer service. They took my order over the phone a year ago. The associate on the phone told me they would email me in advance when the next order was going to be placed. Fast forward a year and I was never notified. I found out by the charge on my credit card. When I tried to cancel my order they said they couldn't that it already shipped. 8 hours after they told me it shipped I was notified that a shipping label was created by FedEx(so obviously not shipped). More then 24 hours later per FedEx the package still has not left their facility. I would not trust this place.
