The only black person at the company I was picked at and yelled at for making minor mistakes. Denied new position and raise after 90 day probationary period . Owner said they didn t t know what they were going to do with me and insisted on lowering my pay . Falsely accused of being unproductive. I was not properly trained. I was only shown one time and everything else I had to figure out on my own . The two new girls that came at end of December are still in training as of this day and I trained them how to do everything. I Was yelled at and told don t let it happen again for making a grammatical error in an email. Owner Denied of all my calculations. I had to prove my calculations were correct with records in the system .Verbally Harassed for sitting at my desk for less than 2 minutes while waiting on my trainee to start our next project. All of this happened within a 3 month span . November 1st 2020 -January 27th 2021.
