A good hotel - we were happy with our two nights here. We had an executive double room which was "small but perfectly formed", very clean, had everything we needed but for the price the room was inevitably small.
Breakfast was good too, lots to choose from and you could order pancakes if you wanted.
Staff were charming and helpful, and a good location being only a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station.
Only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 was size of room but there's not much that can be done about that! Would stay again.

Clean, comfortable, well maintained, with updated design elements. Room was perfect size for a good nights rest. Had everything I needed for my stay, including a back-lit bathroom mirror and magnifying make up mirror, tea/coffee tray, even a small refrigerator. Perfect location, walking (even with luggage) distance from Paddington Station, great for travel to and from Heathrow. Walking distance from pubs and restaurants/cafes. Friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend.
I travel often & needed to be near Paddington for onward travel, so chose Best Western Delmere for 3 nights, after checking several hotels & reading reviews. I opted for a small single room & that is what I got, so no disappointment there. London hotel rooms generally are small. I think that the space was well utilised, including a shelf in the shower for toiletries. The room looked well maintained & clean. There is the added bonus of a small lift in the hotel, so I didn't have to haul luggage up several flights of stairs. The reception staff were all very pleasant & efficient. The only complaints I have are the lack of sound-proofing in the building, so I could hear other guests above, below and either side of me & fire doors closing in various places. No outside noise, though. My other problem was the uncomfortable pillows. They had no bounce to them, so one was rock hard & the other collapsed into a heap when I used it to lean against & it didn't spring back. Unfortunately, these 2 complaints prevented me from getting good quality sleep. If it hadn't been for this, it would have been an excellent stay.
Fantastic hotel. Great location near Paddington. Stayed here many times. Friendly staff in safe area. Rooms a little small, but that is the norm across Europe.
Nice cozy hotel at the periphery of Greater London that is within walking distance from Paddington underground station. The hotel is part of old apartments that have been renovated into a series of hotels. The double room though cozy and nicely renovated is rather small and just fit for two. It would be ideal for couples with light luggage and for short stay.
