Avoid this company at all costs - their payment terms mean next to nothing. They promise sellers payment in (approx) 14 days, but I've now been waiting almost double that. Last week they promised me, via email, that I would be paid 'by the end of this week'. We're now mid way through the following week and still nothing. Customer service is dreadful; don't expect an apology for a clear violation of their own payment terms; the best you will get is some disingenuous waffle about 'maintain[ing] a safe and secure market place'.
There exists no good reason for withholding payment. I won't speculate over their motives, suffice to say Seatwave is a badly organised and badly run outfit - and the customer seems to be an afterthought. With Ticketmaster, the ticketing monopoly, as the parent company, I suppose I shouldn't be surprised by any of this. Avoid.
Sold me a fraudulent ticket and then ignored my emails/calls when i reached out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Absolute disaster. Took forever to set up account on mobile. Go to log in it says my email address is already taken!!
Girl I spoke to said mobiles don't work well on their system.......er...about time they did AVOID.
i bought a wireless ticket for daughters 20th birthday and she was meant to attend wireless today. she did not attend as we didnt receive the ticket.i called seatwave and was advised the ticket was never dispatched in the first place so where is my refund you ask. Your guess is as good as mine. i am still waiting for refund confirmation email which apparently has been sent 3 times yet i have not received one. i am beyond upset for my daughter but disappointed i trust this site. Aviod at all cost!!!!.
I've had to wait for 5 working weeks following the event to receive my money after selling my tickets. They should state this clearly as had I have known I'd have used a different agent.
Also very difficult to speak to an agent.
Poor service overall and wouldn't recommend this company.
