Phenomenal group of realtors/brokers. Dan DeLisle was a great agent to deal with

David Ninss introduced me to them they're really really great family and saint Paul and do great business helping people get homes and housing thanks to the delisle's real estate family.

Their decent there the help people get into houses.

Place is horrendous wouldn't recommend to anyone. Hole in the wall joints. Over priced and non managed. Customer service is whack.

Awesome company to rent from. Caring. The building is amazing... Wish some of the tenants showed better pride in place and took care of their surroundings better, but DeLisle s are right on top of any problems. Keith in maintenance and Roxanne in the rental office are simply quality people.

I Love the building. Alot of history dating back to 1888 . Clean building Friendly staff that cares about the tenants. Have something wrong they're on top of it right away. I would recommend the billing to others that don't mind living downtown. Jlaws
