Very satisfied with the level of service and communication provide by Solutions Property Management. Being an interstate landlord it is great to know your property is in capable hands.

We have been with Solutions Property for over 3 months, and we extremely happy with the service they provide. Any questions or concerns are addressed, and the staff have always been fantastic. With detailed monthly accounts and copies of invoices for all expenses, we just sit back and watch the rent come in, and we don't have to do a thing. This is our first investment property, and they have taken away any uncertainty we had. I would strongly recommend Solutions Property to any investor. Thank you Solutions Property.

In nothing short of exceptional circumstances, Melinda has been an absolute credit to herself, Solutions property Management and the broader property management industry.

I use Caroline from solutions for all of my management needs. I am yet to have an issue that isn't sorting out swiftly. I'm never worried about having vacant properties with Caroline. I also do maintenance electrical work for both Caroline and Liz and can vouch for how prompt they are with getting their service work completed. I can't fault them and highly recommend them.

Liz Bowlt hands down was the best Real Estate Agent I have dealt with in my entire rental history of 15 years. She was extremely professional, helpful, efficient, accomodating, supportive, great communication and I would trust only her with my future rental properties and accomodation. Best experience ever. I first met Kellie from Solutions when i was looking to purchase an investment property which they managed. She let me ask as many questions as i wanted. I didn't buy that place but from then on knew they would be the agency i would go to when i did find somewhere. Well 6 months later when i finally purchased my investment property, Kellie, Casey and Rebekah have been great assisting me with recommendations for any works required to get the property ready, advice on what may help rent my property, as well as answering any questions I had being a first time investor. They are great communicators and always helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to manage your investment property.

If you want terrible customer service, rude old ladies, and down right arrogant attitudes, choose Solutions Property Management. I've been dealing with the Springfield office for a while now, and constantly have issues with them. From them hanging up the phone in anger, to blatantly rude behaviour, every single interaction with these people is mentally draining. Choose a bigger, more trust worthy company. There's a reason they only have a 3.8 rating, and over time I only see that going down. You have been warned...

Where to start! These clowns (melinda especially), headed by an equally ignorant and unprofessional management team, should not be in business in any capacity. Stealing, bullying and intimidation just a part of their skillset. Suggest go somewhere else. There is no way I would let these crooks look after my rentals. Tenants and owners beware.

Has to be the worst Real estate agency I have dealt with in over 30 years.
Whilst a tenant , never any issue with my rent or any probs at all on my part as responsible tenant.All great routine inspections and no notices etc
When I asked for a routine inspection be made EARLIER NOT LATER , as I was to be discharged from hospital on day of planned inspection. The P/M Norma said No then went on to say, " if I walked in and find you have collapsed , I will just call a ambulance then step over your body body , and continue the inspection". Disgusting.Then after she gave a list of what was needed then signed off on our Exit report as all good and completed. Then days later rang and said oh the garage door needed replacing . Then gave a quote for a door that was the size motels have, much bigger than the one at property, which we did not damage . I fought matter in court the magistrate obviously gave in my favour, as he said you cant add things days after you have signed is all good on Exit Report & given back to tenant . Strangely when norma stated in court and when trying to claim all my bond it needed to be replaced immediately . 5 years later its not been replaced

Myself and my family have had the best experience with renting a home through Melinda, Debbie and the team at Solutions Property Management I would highly recommend them. Any issue's they were sorted quickly and professionally and like I've said before I'd happily recommend them they do an awesome job.

Solutions Property Managers are exceptional PM'S, I have been with other managers over the last 15 years - but there is no comparison with the level of service they provide , nothing is too much trouble for them and they always follow up with any issues or requests that are raised. My Property manager Jessie was so helpful with all reasonable requests in making our exit of our rental easy. She actioned things quickly and effectively. She also delivers great customer service.

In response to Khalil that is absolutely not the truth I won for the owner at court based on the evidence that I had. Maybe share your exit condition report along with photos and let everyone else be the judge. With regards to a counter offer QCAT will educate you on this process. I feel for the owner if everything had to come out of his own pocket.

USELESS!!! This is by far the most useless, deceitful, vindictive mob my family has ever been unfortunate enough to deal with. Nothing but lies and empty promises. Stay well away from the Springfield office whether you're a tenant or an owner!! We requested a week to week extention on our lease (for approx 6wks), which was denied without a request even being made to the new owner on our behalf, and we've since found out that, after we vacated the premises, an ad was placed for a 'short term lease' for approx 6-8wks!! What an absolute joke and disgrace. Steer clear of Solutions Property Management...it's a trap!!!

I'd love to read the poor review my husband Peter has written!! I've not seen, read nor heard anything about it!! Interesting... and as for Robyn ... she NEVER contacted us in regards to extending our lease. Peter contacted her about another issue and then asked if she'd heard anything from the new owner about out extention. She 'ummed and aahed' and then said that no decision had been made. This was approx 3wks before we were due to move out!! Please don't EVER speak such rubbish in regards to this situation again.

Solutions are by Far The easiest Real Estate to deal with when applying for Rental property. Being able to lodge your application on line us a real time saver.
Staff are Amazing especially the 2 ladies i dealt with Lorraine and Liz.

We rented a property through Solutions Property Management and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. From the very beginning our property manager Liz Bowlt was professional and efficient. Liz followed up to ensure that the damage from the previous tenant was rectified and kept in regular communication with us. Any maintenance requests were actioned promptly and followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the quality of repairs. When the time came to leave Liz was prompt in arranging inspections and recommended a reasonably priced bond cleaner. We could not be happier with our experiences with Liz and Solutions Property and should we buy in the area Liz will be our first point of call. Thank you Liz!

Professional company to deal with, great communication.

Having previously been with another real estate agent who were not up to date with all the relevant legislation it was a sigh of relief to change over management of our property to Solutions. We have been with Solutions now for 5 years and their professionalism, service and attention to detail is impeccable. Lauren and her team are always up to date with the latest legislations/acts so I always knew that my property was in great hands. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I ve been with solutions property for almost 3 years now. In that time I ve even moved houses, but stayed with them. They ve been a huge help to me, and extremely Understanding. They ve let me bring back my keys a little later then I had hoped due to my son having surgery while we where moving houses. They re the only realestate I ve ever rented through, and I can t fault them for anything. They ve been absolutely amazing for my son and I, and continue to be understanding.

By far the best real estate agent I have ever dealth with. They are very flexible and go out of their way to help when personal problems arise in regards to your rental situation. Very prompt with maintenance issues and obviously take their jobs seriously. When I am finally able to buy again, Solutions will be my first port of call. PS, Debbie is amazing!

I have recently been extremely let down by another Property manager which has caused me a huge amount of stress and literally 10's of thousands of dollars in loss of rent and repairs to my investment property..I made the mistake of allowing someone other than Solutions to look after my investment, I had one with Solutions which has been a dream from day one (thankyou Caroline)and the other one as I said an absolute nightmare..After a long drawn out process I now have both properties with solutions and it truly feels Like a breath of fresh air, I want to personally thank the whole team at Solutions Property Management as they really went above and beyond with helping me in my situation and an extra big thankyou goes to Kellie as she has always stood out to me even before any of my dramas happened she was always ready to help with anything or even just checking in to see how things are going really top quality service! thankyou so much.

Caroline and the team at Solutions are great to deal with. Professional and organized, they make it all really easy and have always dealt with any request promptly.

I rented a townhouse with these people for 18 months. It was a brand-new townhouse, but the solar and NBN (both advertised features) were not connected, and the burden fell upon us, the tenants, to get both connected. Solutions were utterly unhelpful at every part of this.
Within a month of moving in, the main showerhead started leaking. This took 4 months of repeated requests before they bothered fixing it. 6 months before we left (we broke lease due, but paid until the end), the main toilet began running constantly, and was not fixed (again, despite multiple requests on phone, email, maintenance system and in person) until we moved out. THEN they finally consented to fix it.
The automatic debit through ipayrent was not cancelled at the end of our lease, and so an entire month's rent was taken from my bank account, causing my rent for my new property to bounce. Despite leaving three urgent messages for accounts, these were apparently not passed on.

The one positive thing I can say about this company is that Robyn, who became our property manager shortly before we left, is friendly and helpful. Other staff, not so much, and our previous property manager was dreadful. I will avoid dealing with this company again, and would urge other tenants to do the same.

We have had a dual tenancy investment property with Solutions Property Management for 5 years +. We live in Perth WA and our Property is located at Red Bank Plains, Qld. We rely on SPM completely to manage the property, even when the build was handed over in a state they helped chase the tardy builder. We have seen many changes in staff over those 5 years but the standard of service and support has been 5 star from any of the Solutions staff. We happily recommend the Solutions team and services. Well done Solutions Property Management. You definitely help with our sleep pattern. :-)

Caroline Duxfield was a great Property Manager. She was professional at all times, very responsive and helpful.

After my first awful experience with a property manager who was un professional, unorganized, took forever to reply to my emails and accepted a tenant who went on to completely destroy my property on his watch....I was scarred by the experience both financially and emotionally. Solutions Property group was recomended to me by a friend who uses them and they restored my confidence in property management companies. They have been prompt in replies, given sound advice, overlooked all the repairs and quoutes and insurance company involvement and have been so much more professional then the previous agent/company.
