After my first awful experience with a property manager who was un professional, unorganized, took forever to reply to my emails and accepted a tenant who went on to completely destroy my property on his watch....I was scarred by the experience both financially and emotionally. Solutions Property group was recomended to me by a friend who uses them and they restored my confidence in property management companies. They have been prompt in replies, given sound advice, overlooked all the repairs and quoutes and insurance company involvement and have been so much more professional then the previous agent/company. While it is still early in the relationship, everything I have experienced so far has been positive and pleasing. Michael Routh
