I rented a townhouse with these people for 18 months. It was a brand-new townhouse, but the solar and NBN (both advertised features) were not connected, and the burden fell upon us, the tenants, to get both connected. Solutions were utterly unhelpful at every part of this.
Within a month of moving in, the main showerhead started leaking. This took 4 months of repeated requests before they bothered fixing it. 6 months before we left (we broke lease due, but paid until the end), the main toilet began running constantly, and was not fixed (again, despite multiple requests on phone, email, maintenance system and in person) until we moved out. THEN they finally consented to fix it.
The automatic debit through ipayrent was not cancelled at the end of our lease, and so an entire month's rent was taken from my bank account, causing my rent for my new property to bounce. Despite leaving three urgent messages for accounts, these were apparently not passed on.

The one positive thing I can say about this company is that Robyn, who became our property manager shortly before we left, is friendly and helpful. Other staff, not so much, and our previous property manager was dreadful. I will avoid dealing with this company again, and would urge other tenants to do the same.
