Dropped in (briefly) w/e of 11th July, not a face mask or effort at socially distancing in sight among staff or the (crowds of) customers, the smoking area was like a busy Saturday night 2019.. Found it pretty cheeky really when most pubs are not allowed open at all (partly because some pubs are being reckless).

My First ever google review. Have to say atrocious service. Have been coming here for 2 yrs when I am over in Dublin visiting. Last year it was really good, but tonight, and after the last two times I have visited for food, I have to rate it a one star. My drink took 15mins to arrive, the order was 45mins, the Order was wrong, our veg was cold, and it took 20mins to get the bill. The defensiveness of staff was incredible, especially from the manager... to be fair, we were busy and they did you a favour giving you a table (it was not full) and the lack of care or attention by the server and the manager was incredible. We had to walk up and pay and I will never go again.

Modern / casual Irish pub restaurant. Although it is crowded in the popularity, it is relatively wide in shops and there is a distance from the neighbors, which is not messed up. The cuisine is delicious and the variety of drinks is abundant. It is a good restaurant.

We had a table booked for 12 people at 7pm and they had closed the kitchen and were not serving food.
Of course they didn t allow us to bring any food or snacks either.
Disappointed, update your opening times or advice by email about special days and services

Pro: Offered food on the way in. Tasty.

Con: All the lounge staff have visors but if they are going to use them as baseball caps there is no point. No screens on the bar, no face masks on any staff. If you have a concern about going out in the current environment then give it a miss

This is a regular place, not very "Irish", however it's always fully crowded.
Pros: a backyard for smokers and huge space
Cons: don't have the real pub experience feeling, it's a nice place for tourists but, there are several better pubs in town

Waitress was a bit rude. They insisted on a booking deposit despite the place being 90% empty. When asked to swap one item for another my friend was told that it couldnt be swapped because one was meat and the other item was not... Ridiculous. Couldn't have had more of a sour face on her when we paid. No tip!

My friend arrived first and nobody came to her to help. After 10 minutes waiting for the menu, the waitress came to say that we should have gone inside to register our name and mobile and we should know that.
I thought It was quite rude.

Visited this pub establishment which was open in 1856. Chilled inviting atmosphere. Good choice for breakfast, chilled music in the background. The waitresses were extremely friendly. They have variety of cuisines such as European, French, Irish, steaks and vegetarian option.
Searsons of Baggott Street are home to the largest whiskey bar in Ireland boasting approx. 150 different types with 90 of them being solely Irish, and with the Midleton Very Rare Vintage 1984 2014 Collection. Searsons are also home to regulars such as Patrick Kavanagh and Brendan Behan in the past. You will see a beautiful statues of them in the pub.
