The worst customer service, aweful product ( seen first hand), terrible warranty (you will never get it replaced) , and by far the most crooked, clueless, bullying and harrassing management you will ever see. They encourage their favorites or "pets" into picking on who they want out of the plant. they terminate people who refuse to do unsafe jobs. they dont pay piece workers properly (cut down time, bully you to not file a grievance, etc...). The manager is the worst for bullying and lies. sexual harassment is let off with a warning as long as your friends with management. And the "union" if thats what you want to call it, will not help you one bit. Infact they will run you around in loops for months before they flat out drop your grievance.
With that being said the quality of the product is pushed aside for quantity. so many matts with tears or the flaws being pushed through with out a care. dirty ,wet, and damaged foam being used. i worked there years and never saw a mop let alone a broom go through the place. if you even slept a day on ur bed dont expect them to honor any warrenty since they literally will find any way to not deal with warrenties. Its a corrupt, poorly managed , diminishing, company and it reflects that in the product its self. if your thinking of buying a sealy DONT!. And id stay clear of any career there, its not worth it at all, they entice you with money so they can treat you like garbage there is no empathy in this plant at all. its a total sweat shop mentality in this place. the system and management they have in place turns everyone against eachother. You have to constantly watch ur back its just over all BAD!.
