I was parking outside my house and the Hispanic lady (SEAL) drove by me then came back to tell me that I can't stay here and I have to leave. I told her that this is my house and she didn't believe me lol so i called SEAL to complain and i explained it to the guy that answered so he talked to her while i was on hold and then he told me that i can't do anything about it. Like really ? then he said you can go to the city and complain and hang up.
Y'all should be glad i was late that day and didn't take it any further.

Surprised to see a K-9(happily) However, the Homeless person camping out in Compass Bank on Buffalo Speedway is a concern to me. I pray I receive the lease for the property downtown HoUSton as an Augmentation Temporary Shelter to house HoUSton's homeless during this colder weather and enough support from the proper authority to stave off an epidemic.
I was in the family dollar store off of long point and Witte rd and an "officer" from s.e.a.l walked in without a mask at 9:30 everybody was looking at him. But the cashier didn't tell him anything because they were flirting.. it's not right he was driving car number 1510.. I hope you guys talk to him because he is definitely making S.E.A.L look really bad at this point.....
This company is bullshit, the receptionist name Dianne is racist rude and does bit like black people, they pay you $10.50 promise you a raise and an upgrade to do K9 and they do not stick with it. They send you to post but don't want u to arrest nobody just make a report so it doesn't solve anything. They are cheating people off of their money to keep the company looking nice
I felt harassed and intimidated. The security appoached my car. Wasnt friendly i had to let my family know where i was due to the scary feeling that the security guards impression that was left on me. He asked me for i.d. as i was jus passing through from finishing up a mobile mechanic job. He said i was homeless but i have a house. He told me to get out of the car and took a picture of me telling me not to come back here again and to do whatever it is that you do on your side of town. Im a customer of dollar tree where this took place and now im being chased away by a security guard thats not friendly. Im a military veteran and a manager of a store. I will be sending a letter to the bbb to file a complaint. The pink ticket account number is e3315 says that i was squatting on drop etc. But the security guard told me that there has been alot of burglarys here telling me to not ever come back and this is my last warning at which i have never been told this other than the night of being shook down and interagated. This is a controlling behavior that is a form of domestic violence. Then the security guard did not want to give back my gov state id. I had to ask for it back. But instead of the security guard that unnecessarily treated me like a criminal told the other security guard w him togo and get my id but the security guard that took my id wasnt even saying anything tome jus staring at me not saying anything so why didnt he professionally go get my id he was the one that toom my id and ran my info he was not busy at the time. I will be sending a letter out to the dollar tree corporate aswell and will send out another concern about how the store is going to lose money due to the treatment a customer receives from the seal company.

You want to volunteer for a local guard company you mighy as well apply they won't give you access to a uniform the office duty gear the K9s or even the patrol vehicle I take it you have a severe mental problem if you want to walk up or call any business to volunteer your time for free
On Dec 5 about a week. I was surrounded by 3 of Seals pups. The situation was getting out of hand so I called the Church thay they was pratrolling. The "Security Officer decided he want to be a cow boy and shocked me with his tazer. Had me spinning in circles, knocked a teeth out my mouth when i hit the concret. When he stop for what he did. I wanted to give him the same hospitality he showed me. My hand cuff where on so tight i still got the marks. I will file to internal affairs. I got permission to be on that property but they didn't want to hear that. As a matter a fact they tried to tale my phone. They knew I took pictures. Now this same man is partrolling McGowan. With that attitude! 1715. I will also file a complaint in your office. HPD got it on file. EMS on file. The TX Hammer in text. Facebook in Archive. I hate to do this but I put in an application for SEAL and was denied solely because I didnt have the required experience they were looking for(minimum of 1 year) I've worked private security for 3 years fresh out of the military and was denied for lack of experience. I think it was unprofessional and inconsiderate Honestly I'm glad as I don't want to work with a company that would do anything of the sort
I'm a property manager for a very well off family, we noticed armed assailants on the cameras one night and our old company was not even there, I knew we needed real security and fired the old company imidietly. After talking to others who use SEAL my employers and I agreed SEAL was for us. The officers they have are highly trained, professional and care a lot about what they do. I can honestly say at night no, I sleep well knowing the family I work for is in good hands. I check the security cameras and the guard on duty is always patrolling with his attack dog. If you have a large estate or neighborhood and need someone you can trust call these guys. They are like having your own private police force. They drive fully marked cars, have all the same equipment LEOs have and have k9 attack dogs.
Very unprofessional, the woman at the reception is very rude, with no education at all,the first impression that you have is the worst, the starting pay rate for commissioned security is very poor ,the schedule is horrible, keep looking for another place to work, absolutely.
I emailed and called this company about volunteer work twice including the owner and I still have yet to be answered or replied back to for a company that patrols my neighborhood you would expect more from them Never agian will i communicate with this company
I would not recommend this place for an armed guard before you even waste your time going up there to apply the pay is 10.00 an hour for a commissioned officer!! That s what they are going to start you off with an they not going to tell you until the end of your interview!! A armed officer should be starting at least 12.00 hourly that s pretty much every security company throughout the Houston area! Then they tell you you can make 50,000 dollars a year wich is true but you would never have a life you would have to work constant over time all the time if you getting paid only 10.00 hour so people think would you rather work a arm post making 14 or 15$ hourly an don t over work yourself an work your standard 40hours?? Or work for 10$ an hour an work crazy hours?? Was driving on long point and this older Caucasian guy starts yelling at me from his car, like just the scare/being startled by him could have made me have an accident with my car. They definitely need to have their employees take a class about being proffesional.
Most lire staff and owner, they will ask you at interviews hours you can work, they will tell we have plenty hours, in fact they will give just 25 hours in week, bad experience of work with them. The most bad things is there GPS tracker which will give hard time.
These are definitely not your normal type of security guards. I shop frequently at HEB and they are always professional and vigilant. I ve never seen an officer on his phone or engaged in anything other than providing top notch security. They don t just stand there, they patrol the parking lot and have a way of making you feel safe.
THEY SAVED MY LIFE!! a lot of these reviews are from ex employees bitter with management or people that got in trouble and then blame security for it. As a whole this company is wonderful, some of their officers are ex military, police cadets and they even hire off duty police officers. They patrol where I live and they have really cleaned up my area well. They didnt save me at home tho they saved me when I was at the HEB. I remember it like it was just yesterday. I was in the store and this guy kept walking behind me evey time i turned he would too, he would get really close to me and try to smell me and I confronted him and he left. However I kept seeing him creep near me and stick his tongue out. I was so scared I decied to just leave everything and leave. I wanted to just get to my car and leave, thinking about it now i should have told them to call San Antonio Police. As I walked out I saw the man come towards me. I grabbed my phone and wanted to call the cops but I saw a seal patrol car and ran there, I even took a picture accidently as I ran there. I talked to the guard who quickly got out and helped me. The man walked the oposite direction, the officer got his dog out and the dog started barking loudly. The man took off running! It all happened so fast, I thanked the guard and he made sure I got in my car, I drove to where I was staying and was so scared. I could have been a victim of a trafficking ring or something. I know others have had others experinces with this company but for me they helped me! Im glad HEB had them because they sure are better than the guards at the La Cantera Mall who I would not have trusted with saving me.
One of their employees in a S.E.A.L. vehicle tried to cut me off today. He honked and flipped me the bird when I didn't let him. That's not a great way to represent the company.
Unfortunately today was a really bad experience. My husband and I almost got ran over by one of their employees in the company car. We were at a grocery store about to cross in a pedestrian crosswalk. Wait til the car passed by as we are walking cross the employee decides to go in reverse in the crosswalk and almost hits us. Of course I say wth look were you are going and the employee instead of saying I'm sorry are you ok he says "what did you say" and tell us we need to look were we are going really? Who reverses in a cross walk?
They are really lies to you that they have plenty hours or giving you vichile, just they want abuse you for 20 hours in a week, the other funny things are their GPS tracking which giving you really bad time.
Had to avoid one of their vehicles unit 1651 at the heb off Military here in San Antonio, because he felt he was to special to park in a parking spot like his partner unit 1652. While he flirts with two ladies. Classy guys classy.
Called the company to get company rates I was interested in sign a month contract with them and the person that had answered the phone. He wouldn't answer me, mind you I have four out of five service bars. He hung up on me after saying hello twice. The company may or may not have good security but if you don't have good customer service to bring in new customers how will you ever grow as a success business.
Unorganized. Unprofessional, all their employees quit, (with good reasons). I really think that the owners know nothing of business or how to manage one, the owners worries about appearances more than safety. Overload employees because they re short staffed. Would not recommend as employment or for protection.

Terrible, this company allows the security to hit women, on May 1, 2018 one of their employees while on duty slapped A WOMAN! A police report was filed for assault. They are not there to protect you, these are immature people who patrol looking for trouble. I don t recommend you allow them into your neighborhoods.

Went in for a interview. The office and the officer who interviewed me were great. In my opinion the starting pay should be more but seems like a great company to work for.
all officers work hard but the employer dont care about the officers the scheduler is Erica she does what she want she give good and easy post and good hours new cars to her family and friends the other officers working difficult post not good hours and old cars and always complaining about these officers when they try to ask about a good post and good hours no body listen to them this is a big problem these officers have who take care of them
SEAL security pays you 10 dollars an hour and make drive one or two hours in your own vehicle with your own Gas just to get to post. when i was working for the company i was driving 84 miles everyday back and foward, i needed to do an oil change for my vehicle almost every month. after subtracting the expenses just to get to work i wasn't making 10 dollars an hour i was making 6.50 to 7 Dollars per Hour!! without counting oil changes and the brand new pair of tires I went through in 4 months. before working for the company make sure they 100 percent guarantee a Seal vehicle for you and don't start working until they authorize you one. if they refuse just turn around there's many more security companies in Houston.

Driver pulled out infront of me, causing me to nearly wreck into their security vehicle during lunch traffic. They then moved over another lane to the left, causing another driver to slam on their brakes. I honked my horn to let them know I was right behind them, and the driver and passenger stared at me and started yelling as if I was in the wrong..
