THEY SAVED MY LIFE!! a lot of these reviews are from ex employees bitter with management or people that got in trouble and then blame security for it. As a whole this company is wonderful, some of their officers are ex military, police cadets and they even hire off duty police officers. They patrol where I live and they have really cleaned up my area well. They didnt save me at home tho they saved me when I was at the HEB. I remember it like it was just yesterday. I was in the store and this guy kept walking behind me evey time i turned he would too, he would get really close to me and try to smell me and I confronted him and he left. However I kept seeing him creep near me and stick his tongue out. I was so scared I decied to just leave everything and leave. I wanted to just get to my car and leave, thinking about it now i should have told them to call San Antonio Police. As I walked out I saw the man come towards me. I grabbed my phone and wanted to call the cops but I saw a seal patrol car and ran there, I even took a picture accidently as I ran there. I talked to the guard who quickly got out and helped me. The man walked the oposite direction, the officer got his dog out and the dog started barking loudly. The man took off running! It all happened so fast, I thanked the guard and he made sure I got in my car, I drove to where I was staying and was so scared. I could have been a victim of a trafficking ring or something. I know others have had others experinces with this company but for me they helped me! Im glad HEB had them because they sure are better than the guards at the La Cantera Mall who I would not have trusted with saving me.
