Called the company to get company rates I was interested in sign a month contract with them and the person that had answered the phone. He wouldn't answer me, mind you I have four out of five service bars. He hung up on me after saying hello twice. The company may or may not have good security but if you don't have good customer service to bring in new customers how will you ever grow as a success business.
