Horrible costumer service . I emailed the company and never got a response until I emailed for feedback. They take no responsibility(unless I had video or pictures to prove)for breaking my gate lock or the gash they made on the fence . I barely use the gate do to dogs and children AND how would I put a gash (pictured) on the fence ...with a kitchen knife? I get things happen, but take responsibility of the things that obviously done by the lawn crew.

Deborah was so friendly, helpful and quick! We needed her to assist with a refinance and because of her we were able to close on time. Thank you Deborah!

I was having major issues with my sprinkler system. My lawn was starting to get affected by it. I was able to put a work order in and a tech came out the next day. My sprinkler system is working great now and my lawn is starting to look a whole lot better!

What a truly beautiful community to live in. Immaculate landscaping and exterior maintenance by very nice people, as well as helpful & over the top office assistance from Deborah in the clubhouse. I am sorry to leave this lovely place.

I moved to Terracina over 2 years ago, my only regret is their property management company SEACREST. This is literally the worst company ever. Their property managers are the WORST. and customer service just SUCKS!!!

Seacrest Customer Service is always polite and friendly, they pay close attention to the detail of my work requests and the work is always done right away which is a great benefit to us.

I find it interesting that hourly employees hide in a parking lot just North my building for what it's supposed to be there 15 minute break they always sit for a minimum half an hour before dispersing the buildings that are paying for these people to be working there our day or getting screwed this has been reported to the supervisors and nothing has been done to correct it
