Horrible costumer service . I emailed the company...

Horrible costumer service . I emailed the company and never got a response until I emailed for feedback. They take no responsibility(unless I had video or pictures to prove)for breaking my gate lock or the gash they made on the fence . I barely use the gate do to dogs and children AND how would I put a gash (pictured) on the fence ...with a kitchen knife? I get things happen, but take responsibility of the things that obviously done by the lawn crew.
