We moved our business landline and broadband to RHM a couple of years ago and haven't looked back. Very thorough and attentive to our needs and deal very quickly with any issues that arise. We are now gradually moving all our mobile phone contracts to them as they continue to impress.

RHM installed an IP based phone system in December 2016. We worked together in planning and preparation for the implementation and changeover day. As the saying goes, prior planning prevents poor performance, we were asked lots of questions that enabled us to specify exactly what was required, and given the opportunity to change and modify the specification. Subsequently, all the answers were provided and a robust implementation plan was in place. The project was implemented smoothly and calmly. As with any change there was apprehension, however any issues were quickly identified and solved speedily. The staff are very happy with the phone system as users and we had some excellent training site both during and post install. Thanks to all at RHM.
